Went through the drive thru. Order was and friendly. Food was correct, but sometimes I forget to ask for Arby's sauce. I think they should put some in the bag anytime you order a roast beef sandwich.

I decided to be a healthy individual and walk to Arby's to get a delicious meal and lo and behold the doors were locked walk through the drive-thru and no one answered me one star however someone drove up and they were given service

So I go through the drive through, order 1 meal, a kids meal and a 2 for 6. They over charged me I guess because they didn't know how to ring up the meals, and instead of fixing it they just ran with it. Good food but sometimes wait is too long and don't honor happy hour. I literally got there at 4:58 one day and would not honor special menu that runs til 5pm.

Decent food, but oh so slow. I know it's hard to hire people right now, but I think my 95 year old grandma could move faster. They seem to be messing orders up a lot. Was 2nd in line, and am still waiting 10 minutes later.
