Depends on the time of day, and shift working. Sometimes you will get awesome people who are polite, and apologetic if anything goes wrong. Then sometimes you get rude people who just want to rush you through, and have an attitude if there is any issue. I have had both experiences here. I would say

Absolutely fast service, but the line for the drive-thru is entire to close to the road next to it to turn in and easily able to back up traffic.
Absolutely horrible. Waited in line for 30 plus minutes for 2 large milkshakes which came out to be $20.00. Just to finally get served 2 large melted milkshakes. Such a disgrace!
