Mot's Pit Cooked Barbeque - Augusta - Photo album

Where to start.....BBQ sauce was tasteless and can not be called BBQ sauce. Watered down I mean watered down. Mac and cheese was not good at all. My 16year old son makes better mac and cheese at home. Beans were dry on top horrible taste. Shut your eyes you would not know it's BBQ beans. The sandwic
Good BBQ and decent portions for the price. I had the pork plate and next time I'll try the ribs. The sauce is tasty.
I don't see why people don't like this place. So happy that they have hash it's the best thing. And the meat is so yummy. I pick up food for all four of us in the family.
This used to be my favorite place for bbq in the area for years...picked up a regular bbq sandwich and tea today and the sandwich and sauce really had no flavor. At nearly $9 I would expect more. Decent enough, but could be better.
Had a pulled pork sandwich today for lunch. It was not as good as it has been in the past. The last time I ate there was several years back. I was very disappointed today. It actually kind of smelled funny.
The best bbq in Augusta. Mots has a home cooked feel and the food is always nice and fresh! Trish and her crew are great!
Motts for dinner.....if your coming home late...Motts can save the night with a nice to-go brisket (w/a side) sandwich and a nice tea. Check their Open/Close times to catch them about 30 minutes prior to their closing up for the night. Thanks. Joe
Very cool little restaurant!! The bbq is some of the best I've eaten!! They only hire high school kids and make sure they learn the importance of good grades. They must maintain a certain gps to keep working. Great people, great service, excellent food
