Quick service, but folks ain't have on hair nets, looking crazy when we walked in, no real enthusiasm for front counter. STOP mixing fresh & old fries together & adding all that seasoned salt! Shake the finger baskets like you're supposed to 30 secs to a minute after they've been dropped.
As usual, the line was very long near closing. However, the inside is open again. You can place your order online or order at the counter. My order was correct and freshly prepared. The young lady at the counter was pleasant and efficient.
First off, the food here has always been great! Today the service was the worst I've ever been treated anywhere. Ordered three meals in the DT. The you lady repeated it. As we pulled up ,I only received 1 of my drinks. My daughter then asked the young man to repeat the order back. They left off
I went through the drive through and it smelled horrible. It smelled as if they poured out waste water in the drive through area. This almost deterred me from placing my order, but if I recall correctly, there a barrier stopping you from getting out of line. I'll pass on going back here.
buffalo range chicken sandwich was pretty good
drive through was pretty quick
service was fast. was behind 3 cars and got my food in like 5 minutes fast
but price is on higher end for what you get

It was a little confusing to know how to pick up my food because there was some construction going on at the drive-thru. There were also some pick up parking spots but it only mentioned pick up for orders but not by the app. However, there was a Zaxby's employee there. I asked him do I pick up there
Wait is a little long for Drive thru and you really have to check your order, especially if it's a big order. Food will be left out or not right.
