My waitress Monique G at Red Lobster 0174 provided AH-MAZING customer service. She also insured that I was aware of the Red Lobster Rewards program. The restaurant was clean and the entire staff provided get service and work together as a team
I was in a couple of days ago and I must say, they were giving me 5 star restaurant vibes !!!! The restaurant was very clean !! The staff was amazing, friendly and on point . Our server was Rio!! He was amazing!! Our food was perfect !! We had to ask ourselves, is this Red Lobster !! Who ever is running the place knows what they are doing !! It's been a while since we've had that kind of service at any restaurant!!! If you haven't been in a while, definitely give them a try !! You won't regret it!!
The place is very clean. The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked.
The staff is very well trained, and are very friendly. Unlike the Washington Road site these staff actually treat you like they want you to be there.
I ordered the fish and chips, and it was very good. It comes some coleslaw. The coleslaw is a little bit bland.
The fish itself is pretty good. A little bit on the greasy side. And it was a little bit overdone.
The tartar sauce is kind of nasty. It tasted like something you could find at Captain D's.
But I most certainly would go back there again for another try.
Went tonight for Valentine's dinner and of course it was delicious as always. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the area near the bar (where they get the soda and water from) as it smelled a little of mildew. Other than that, our server was awesome and we enjoyed the food.
