The food is always good in my opinion. They just need to work on reading the receipts carefully when I order through a delivery service. They always miss something, I used to work there so I know how it go and what to expect…whoever be working the delivery area just don’t be reading the receipts or
If you haven't had Zaxby's chicken, then you are definitely missing out! They famous Zax sauce just hits the spot. Don't forget their cooling drinks to that order. You will not be disappointed eating at Zaxbys:)
The food was delicious 😋🤤 and the line was backed up but the good thing about that is they have someone waiting to take your order manually if you haven't had the opportunity to make it to the drive thru menu area
By passed my order had to go check on it. It was for dine in. If I did not go check on it I would be still waiting. The employees at this location are at best Incompetent. I did not receive even I am sorry for the delay.

They forgot the chicken sandwich and drink I ordered so I had to walk in to get it. The food was great though so it wasn't a big deal. Friendly staff. And my salad was delicious yumm.
