The food is always good in my opinion. They just need to work on reading the receipts carefully when I order through a delivery service. They always miss something, I used to work there so I know how it go and what to expect…whoever be working the delivery area just don’t be reading the receipts or have everything ready beforehand, or they simply don’t thoroughly check the orders like they should. I shouldn’t be missing extra sauces that I paid for, and everything should be correct and made correctly. They also need to work on their drive thru layout.
If you haven't had Zaxby's chicken, then you are definitely missing out! They famous Zax sauce just hits the spot. Don't forget their cooling drinks to that order. You will not be disappointed eating at Zaxbys:)
The food was delicious 😋🤤 and the line was backed up but the good thing about that is they have someone waiting to take your order manually if you haven't had the opportunity to make it to the drive thru menu area
Zaxby's is by far the best place to get great chicken sandwiches and delicious salads. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Went in today to pick up a online order and as always, my order was ready and hot when I arrived. Did I mention the staff is AWESOME?! Definitely one of my most favorite restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you haven't already.
They forgot the chicken sandwich and drink I ordered so I had to walk in to get it. The food was great though so it wasn't a big deal. Friendly staff. And my salad was delicious yumm.
