Reviews of Dunkin'

I only like Dunkin Donuts coffee when I drink coffee but the past several times I have gone their drinks have been inconsistent. I always get a large cold brew iced coffee with 3 caramel and 3 creams. I just don't understand how I can get the same thing every day but it never taste the same. Still love it, ill still drink it. But it just makes me sad.

Almost chipped Ms Minnie tooth” all jokes aside sometimes…and I do me sometimes it’s on point but other times it’s pretty much like dropping money on the ground and someone else picking it up … it’s a loss cause… I guess it depends on the crew that’s working that day as to when you’ll see the effort or Lack there of

I wouldn’t go to this store! I was just there and ordered a Matcha Latte the guy proceeded to argue about how it’s made because he wanted to dump coffee in and add Macha mix and said that’s how they made it and would not remake it the right way and even said he wouldn’t give me a reimbursement because it was my fault I didn’t know it was made with coffee but nope wrong way buddy! Reach out to corporate they just said oh we’re so sorry we hope you still like Dunkin. Nope never again went straight to Starbucks got it made the right way so I guess we won’t be going back to Dunkin’ Donuts but especially this location! Poor service

So my boyfriend and I went here and we ordered 2 coffees, a donut, and a hot food… we waited 10 minutes at the window… told to pull up and waited a while longer for our stuff… the service was so bad BUT the girl with the pinkish hair was really amazing. It wasn’t even her position to make all of our stuff but she did it anyways and then brought it out to us in rainy cold weather. She kept apologizing for everything and made sure we got everything we needed. I didn’t get her name but she was a great worker. I feel horrible because it seemed like she was trying to do everything and she was such a sweetheart about it.

Usually my favorite donut shop. Unfortunately they didn't have my first choice today. I guess my first choice is everyone else's as well. Reason for the 3 stars is that they still won't let you into the store. They only have the drive thru open. I'm a visual person and would have preferred to see the shelves and the contents for myself. In these topsy turvy times I guess everyone has their own level of comfort. Or maybe they just can't get people to work.

I order here several times during the week and the morning crew that works during the week is amazing and the coffee and food taste great! However, during the evening shifts, when I come to the drive-thru the service is horrible and the coffee tastes burnt. I always do a mobile order so I can get in and get out. Whoever was taking drive thru orders (on 1/1/22 4:15pm) doesn’t sound like they want to work there. They also did not have my order complete by the time I got to the location. Again, amazing morning crew during the week.
