Told it would be an hour wait; waited 45 minutes and then told we could not be accommodated. Party of 6 and it's still only 4:30PM so what gives? Will never ever stop at a Red Robins again!!!

This used to be one of my favorite places to go as a kid. But now they are so severely understaffed that they were only utilizing 1/3 of the tables. Resulting in a wait-list time of 90mins which ended up turning into a 2 hour wait for us to get in. When we were finally able to be seated I discovered

Food didn't look like the photos. Super thin patties on gourmet burgers and shredded lettuce instead of leaf as advertised.fries were stale and cold. They brought my kids milkshakes 30 mins before our meals..why would we want that ?and never brought straws. No knives at the tables only fork and spoo

Very sad. I love Red Robin, but in October we drove 2 hours to eat there only to find a closed sign on the door. In April, my husband stopped there with 8 men and were turned away by 3 girls sitting at the receptionist's station, snapping selfies, who told them that they weren't serving people. Y

Great place! The bun on my burger was quite soggy but they were more than happy to fry up a new bun! We got the fiery ghost tavern double, the mad love burger with chili fries, mac and cheese and the prime chophouse! It was delicious and our waiter was phenomenal!

Place was empty. We wanted to sit outside but they said no, help shortage. Bartender was okay. Food, not so great as portions were really small compared to what I remembered about this place. Will not be back. We could have been sat outside. That's how great the service was.

Food was great service was great but due to the lack of employee's it was a 40 minute wait when we got there so we waited the waitress told us there was only 5 of them counting cooks waitresses bartender
