First off, our waitress was incredible, she was extremely nice and very attentive to our needs. So thank you Jen for making us feel welcomed from start to finish. She really made this a phenomenal experience. The food was very good, I try ribs almost every steakhouse I go to and longhorns were some of my favorite. The macaroni and cheese was incredible I couldn’t even wait to take a picture to try it. My fiancé got the crusted parm chicken and it was very tasty. All in all I would rate this some of the best service I have ever received at a restaurant and the food was extremely good.
The timing and the quality of the food was excellent and the service was very impressive, the waitress we had was very attentive to our needs and even though it was busy she kept a fast pace and it was like we were the only ones there, she was a real pro. We always have an excellent time here and also we always leave very satisfied. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the noise level is low and you are able to enjoy your mealtime conversation no problem. Some similar restaurants in the area are very loud with loud music etc. and for me I find it hard to enjoy myself at those other restaurants. Longhorn is a perfect balance.

This restaurant is either a hit or a miss. We started going last June, food and service absolutely phenomenal every single time and we went often! 2 different gentlemen were the hosts and made it even extra special with superb kind service, super efficient. Then something changed, went in several times and a young woman was hostess, she was too busy on her phone to be bothered to seat people.., we waited 15 min, restaurant was nearly empty and she just put us on ignore. Saw others come in after we were seated and she ignored them too. Totally uncalled for. The food when she was there, just wasn’t the same.,, overcooked, undercooked, wrong salad dressings, potatoes not fully baked, out of mushrooms and onions one time., it was lunch hour.. and so the steak tips were ok, but without the veggies, the tray was only about 1/4 full, not even a meal. No apologies for this, it was just served that way, priced full price anyways. Restaurant carpet was dirty, women’s bathroom needed cleaning, the blond still playing on her phone. It was like no one cared. Is it a management problem? Shift problem? If it only happened once after all the fabulous times, I can understand, but gave it 3 more tries and just stopped going. I miss having a fantastic meal with equally fantastic service. But, it’s a bit of a drive to be let down again. I hope things are better soon.
The food for the most part was good. I had asparagus with my steak tips and were just about raw. The appetizer was cold but very good. The server was great.
4 adults for lunch. Steak tips with fries, Salmon with fries, Grill chicken strawberry salad and chicken tender salad. All food came to the table at the right temperature. Prices are average and wait was a little longer than expected. Service was attentive.
