I normally don't have any issues. But I went today ( June 6th 2022 around 3pm) and got an iced coffee and an ice water. I poured my ice water into a mug to keep it cold cause I work in a garage. As I got to the end of pouring my water, I saw this black thing floating in it. I did not drink my coffee
I had a great cup of coffee after shopping and that was just what i wanted. Very pleasant experience. Fyi delivery is possible via 3rd party service like doordash ad curbside service can be requested in the Dunkin app.
Apparently no help. One employee not letting people in while drive thru line grew bigger. Nearly impossible to exit line. Finally drove over curb to get out. This is one of the more efficient Dunkin drive-thrus I've been to, I never seem to be there for more than 5-10 minutes. Super friendly staff, I never have any complaints with my coffee or my food. Just a good Dunkin!
I waited in Drive thru almost 10 to 15 minutes. I was happy they had the two items I wanted but with no options to go inside, I expected the line not to be so long.
They gave us free donuts once.
They never screw up my order.
They're pretty quick.
Mobile order was placed but could not be made because the machine was broken. No problem, however they could not refund our purchase as they did not know how.
Best Dunkin I've been to in awhile. Adequately staffed that gave prompt and accurate service.
