Had a great customer experience with Lexi. She happily and politely corrected what the last manager didn't. She is a great asset to Arby's and deserves a chance as a GM. Because of her, I'm writing this review. Edit: Alejandro at the drive-thru was very nice as well!
I loved this place. I just found out that I have a gluten intolerance, and I'm new to ordering out. They were great at making sure that there was no cross contamination.
A little slow and they still haven't fixed Their soda machine it's been 2 weeks.. They're sweet to you really isn't a good alternative. Go with the Lemonade which they fail to tell you about

apparently this place is so badly ran without a GM that they think it's ok to close at 8 pm and ignore dash orders. This is terrible ownership and corporate management at it's worst and I feel for the employees that do work hard there
Don't order delivery...pretty sure our food was made way before our delivery driver was dispatched. Cold, dry, old and they failed to mention they were out of Horsey sauce. Who really wants arbys w/o Horsey sauce? The door dash driver arrived quickly so the nasty cold food was all on the restaur
The chicken breading was pretty hard to eat, just crunchy and hard.( 2 for 6) must be the way it is though cause this is the 2nd time having this for above.( Different locations)
