I don’t crave Taco Bell very often, but when I do- I don’t usually come away dissatisfied. Taco Bell has fast food Mexican down to a science. I bought the Deluxe cravings box- which consisted of Steak chalupa supreme- Nacho cheese Doritos taco- Beefy 5 layer burrito and chips & nacho cheese sauce. A

It's Taco Bell,so... but wait! There's more! I really love the "Limited time only" toasted cheddar chalupas! The strawberry lemonade went well with it. Oh! And I didn't have to go back to the counter and remind them to give me a cup! That's always a plus!
Worst customer service I've ever seen.
My boyfriend went to go pick up a doordash order for us and the inside was locked and one of the staff members unlocked it opened it and told him that the inside was locked. My boyfriends said "It's a doordash pickup and I don't have my car" the staff member to
I like it for a tasty change from burgers. The two locations near me have their own problems. Getting onto Havana can be tricky and the Parker Road restaurant is down right dangerous if your going north and have to do a hasty lane change.
I order tacos without tomatoes and still received tomatoes on them, so I took them back to get ones without tomatoes. They ended up giving me something completely different than what I ordered and it still had tomatoes on it. I was completely confused on what happened with just taking off the tomato
The kiosk wasn't working but my credit card was still charged. The lady at the counter was extremely condescending and basically told me they were busy with a large, important order. I get that they are short handed but why be a jerk to the customer?
Staff are prompt & friendly. Don't have to wait very long for your food to come up. The drive thru is always busy at this location, but the lobby is usually empty or with 1-2 customers dining in.
