Hit or miss, mostly miss. Tonight the drive through cashier was genuine not fake friendly, that was a plus. The person that handed me my food after a very long wait didn't say anything. Not thanks, not sorry for the 20 minute wait, nothing. Didn't hurt my feelings or make me mad that they were rude,
If they get the order right it's as good as can be expected. But more often than not they screw up the order. Coffee 4 cream only somehow becomes coffee and 12 pounds of sugar....
Absolutely the worst customer service in a McDonald's ever. Fully staffed yet all the employees were more focused on talking to each other vs anything else. I stood in line and when someone finally came to help us they looked annoyed to be helping.
Horrible service. Very unprofessional and very unkind! Employees laughing at the long lines and not doing anything to help. We waited 18 min for our order. We were waiting at table for them to bring and ended up picking our order to go. Sadly we even had to CLEAN OUR OWN TABLE BECAUSE IT WAS filthy!
The best service with the girl in the back, she had pink and purple nails. Although, I did not have good service with the manager at the second window… I asked for her name and she said Rosa. She had the WORST attitude with me

Tried to go through their drive through and nobody answered their speaker. Went to the window and was ignored. Worst Mc Donald's ever.
Got my order wrong again... McDonald's please put people on the Drive Thru that understand English.... This is America not Mexico....
