Terrible
Customer service! They let me sit down and then I waited for 20 minutes to receive the menus. Then, I decided to take my order to go: the Salted Caramel Banana pancakes and guess what I got: 2 burnt onion flavored pancakes covered with some cream and peanuts. Where are the bananas? Where is the salted caramel? So dissapointed! I will never be back at this location! So frustrating I had to open it and see it. It smells to onion and as a plus to burnt pancakes. So disgusting 🤢 and gross! And as a plus, it took like other 20 min waiting for only this order because I was the only one inside. Frustating and sad that nobody cares for the customers.

My family and I were not originally greeted properly the warm welcome feeling from the first server was not present. Seems as though maybe he was having a hard day or just not with it. We all have days like this. He sat us a table that had not been cleaned and the seats not even wiped down. When I waitress came I asked if we could get our table wiped down before we all sat and she suggested we move to another table. Thus table was bigger but still not as clean as I hoped. (Wiped down tables and seats wiped down no food stuck between the cushions no large amounts of food on the floor). She was delightful with her approach great Customer service Skills. How ever she consistently kept bring us dirty dishes. My spouse and I always order coffee and we notice our coffee cups had ran over coffee all around both cups we figured maybe it just spilled as she was bringing it to our table. However if it spilled while being delivered there would be a ring of some left on the table from the freshly pour coffee and there was not. Moving on she did a great job at bring the food in a timely manner when my food got to me my plate had what seemed to be grape jelly really stuck my plate. Considering no one at my table ordered anything with grape jelly I could only assume that the plate was not cleaned properly. My family a big on tipping so although things were not as comfortable as we had hoped for we still tipped and didn't complain about our service. I'm just giving a heads to you all that the cleaning and customer service needs improvements. We probably will not be going to this Denny's no time soon.

Excellent service, food fresh, hot and tasty. Grateful to have Denny's to grab a bite to eat. I was craving pancakes, eggs, bacon & sausage and was gratified.

I'm from out of town. I had went to this Denny's because I haven't been to one in a while. So I decided to check out this location. My server was very nice and I felt bad for her because she was the only one there. Cooking and taking orders. My food was great. She kept on apologizing for the wait. I will be definitely coming back to this location.

staff did the best they could. Two that's correct 2 servers Saturday before lunchtime for the entire restaurant and service was still good not the prepandemic Denny's but close. Have some patience and tip generously. Show some love. Peace be with you

One of the worst Denny’s I have gone to. Customer service was not the best at all. Waitress didn’t even put our app in and completely forgot about it. Waited a while for our food, only ordered two plates. Felt bad cause there was one server but then saw 4 other workers walk in and not help, definitely not resourceful. Half tempted to walk out. The whole time our waitress didn’t even apologize for the long wait or for forgetting the app. Won’t be going back to this location.

Right around the corner from Costco, this Denny's is a respite from heavy duty shopping when you want more than a hot dog or pizza. We were there during the noon hour and we pleasantly surprised to find it nearly empty. The food is, as with all Denny's, more than adequate, and the Slams are always pretty good. I was a little surprised by the prices that have increased quite a bit, but the 15% AARP discount helped a bit with that.

My waiter was very good. I would give him 5 stars. The cook not so much. My waiter had to take my plate back because it was all wrong. But other than that, it was good.

Great food! Service was amazing!! We had John as our waiter, quick, very polite and friendly. They were busy but this did not effect the service we got.

I'm a regular at this location, they have had hard times because of employees but they quickly turned it around and brought in great servers and cooks to add to their team. They make sure we are happy when we leave. Thanks to their hard working management and servers, (the more experienced staff who have been there) and the new ones I've seen recently. Good job everyone

My food was burnt and all of our drinking glasses have grout on the outside and the inside of one glass had actual milkshake still in the dam glass no lie it had been ran the the dishwasher but was still dirty

Great service, despite that they were very busy on a Saturday morning. You could tell they were short staffed but it was a great atmosphere. And the food was so good. I fed my family of 4 with $24 and change! (34 if you count tip).

Absolutely the most disappointing experiences ever! They should not have any stars at all! From when we stepped in until we left. Extremely unpleasant place, with racist staff. We had to wait to be seated even though there were plenty of open tables. After being seated, we waited for 17 minutes while 2 waitresses (Mackenzie and Genny) walked by us and didnt even bother to look at us, let alone take our drink orders. Genny proceeded to stop and chat with an african american lady while Mackenzie served some elderly couples with Genny asking her if she would take "those two" with a nod toward our table. Once they got done with what they were doing, they both walked right on by our table without even a glance. We felt we were personally being discriminated against because we werent old or african american (which they took no time in serving). Finally, one of the other waitresses Haley left her area and came over to acknowledge us and asked for our order. We werent in her area but she did and there were two waitresses in our area ignoring us! This place needs to get rid of Mackenzie and Genny to hire more people like Haley. When the food came out, mine looked like a heap of dog food without sausage that was supposed to be in the dish. While we were sitting there, it was apparent the only customers getting service were NOT hispanic and asian since an entire hispanic family who came in after us wanted to speak to a manager, and the manager had one of the wait staff (Genny) deal with them while she just stood not saying a word! Needless to say, this was piss poor management with pathetic waitstaff and lazy cooks, period! It needs to be shut down or overhauled! I will report this to everyone i know to get matters taken care of!

The food was awesome but service is really poor! They all need trained on customer service. Been waiting 20 min just to get a to go box watching Watters as she gives plate of food to wrong customer. Would give better rating if service wasn't so bad! !
