Personally I feel this is a high stress job. I feel that they put kids to work that aren't really ready to work or they don't care about their work it makes customer experience difficult but some of the staff is very welcoming and very understanding and professional. I think this is the type of restaurant that has a higher amount of irritable customers. I know that people are in a hurry when they come to McDonald's and it's not always fast I think they should move customers to the weight parking more often than they do they really should not keep everyone blocked because one guy is taking extra time at the window. That would be the best fix that this location could do

Drive thru was awful. I repeated my order 3 times and repeated it once more at the pay window and my order was still screwed up. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese and received just the biscuits with cheese and NO sausage!!! I also ordered 2 large unsweetened ice teas and received 2 Sweet Teas! The hash browns were soggy and under cooked. So disappointed because we had jumped on the highway and didn't think I would have to check the breakfast sandwiches to see if they were missing the sausage.

I stop here daily for breakfast. Order is the same every day. I'm really upset that I ordered an orange juice and didn't receive a straw. Also ordered hot sauce, at the drive thru window and when I grabbed my food. Needless to say, they lied. I asked them face to face and they said yes. It takes 4 seconds to turn around and put some in there. It is about the customer. That's why you have the job. I'm clearly upset because I take breakfast too my husband each morning. So I expect everythin to be in there like I ordered it to be. I've worked in the service industry my whole life and this is very unacceptable. The lying to my face is beyond unprofessional and unpleasant.

Been coming to this mcdonalds for years but today was my last trip to this location I've always liked mcdonalds iced coffee and would get or regularly but recently the staff font even mix the coffee any more you can see the vanilla syrup at the bottom of the cup and when I ask if they could please mix it the employees give attitudes and they just mix it with by putting their finger on the straw opening and shaking it and never mixes well and tastes weir, I would have loved to give a more positive comment because I've also encountered some really nice staff but recently costumer service has gone down the drain... fare well

Medium and large fries I ordered had the same amount of fries in them. Bacon Mcdouble has hardly any Bacon. Save your money for somewhere else nearby there are plenty of options

Went 01/02 in late afternoon, the cashier was super patient with us, my daughter wasn't paying attention to the menu changed her mind several times. We settled on the 2 for five, mix and match deal. I ordered a big mac and a fillet of fish. She ordered a big mac and a quarter pounder. Got home settled down to eat, she cut the quarter pounder up to give to my granddaughter who is 2, and it was pink. I gave 2 stars only because the cashier was super awesome. The food not so much!

I don't know why you guys don't the guy taking orders. He listens and knows customer service. He knows what he's doing. Most of the people who are taking my orders don't listen like he does.

this place is disgusting. my son and my sister got food poisoning here. the meat tasted rancid like it was dipped in soapy water. I really wish this place would go out of business
