My first incident, happened about 6 months ago, involved finding TRASH in the bottom of my coffee after I already drank it. 🤢 Tried contacting the store owner to which a rude employee says "what are we supposed to do about that?"
Every single time we come here our order is wrong. It's absolutely frustrating. What makes it worse is when I let them know at the window it's wrong, they claimed to fix it then I drove off and later taste it to find out it's still wrong.

purple hair manager or worker is a straight up rude person. she was yelling at us for OPENING THE DOOR? to who? it’s a public place? it seems a bit racist and racially motivated because we were a variety of hispanic and mixed color customers. I WILL NEVER go here again. Plus the bagel was uncooked.
