This was such a fantastic experience. The person taking our order was very professional and polite. The food was cheap and not bad at all. We will definitely start stopping in here more often when we come into town.

Food is good. We frequent this Braums on the way to Shell Knob, and diet coke is always flat. I mean a big dud! Please calibrate your soda machine. It makes the whole experience so much better. Service is friendly and restrooms always clean.

I lost my name badge there and when they found it they called the office so I could be notified. May sound so little to some, but shows great customer service to me. Great ice cream too!😉

In Aurora Mo order is never right. They don't square dip the ice cream so your not getting the right portions. I had to go back to get part of our order. Food is good IF they would do it right.

My daughter's body can't digest regular cows milk, but we have learned she can have A2 milk. All of Braums' products are made with their A2 milk! Excellent old school burgers and shakes. Also has a sweet little healthy market, with an amazing selection of healthy fresh and frozen choices, well worth checking out.

Stopped into braums this morning for some hotcakes and sausage in the drive thru. When I got to my destination and oped up my bag there was no syrup or butter in the bag. How are you suppose to eat hotcakes without that stuff. Kids nowadays don't care😡

They're caramel shakes are to die for try to stop there at least a couple times a week to get one oh and try their braum sauce it's amazing
