Walk up Taco Stand on street level and dine in restaurant underground. ❤️ the concept! Austin regulars keep this place going but today was my first time. Excellent migas! Breakfast tacos, sandwiches and plates off enough choices for any appetite. ACL Festival peeps, you'll want to try it but get there before 2:30 pm or you'll miss out!
This place not only has fabulous food but great service as well. We arrived and where promptly greated at the front door by a very nice and personable man(think he may be the owner). Right away he makes you feel warm and welcomde. There is usually a little wait but that is to be expected at a smaller restaurant that makes fresh food. Trust me it is worth the wait. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. The food is just out of this world! My girlfriend and I had breakfast there on a Saturday and I think my girlfriend described it best by saying it was "heavenly". I forget the names of our dishes but I had the Diablo something and she had the eggs in a basket. Both are made with this super tasty jalepeno bread which is freaking amazing. My meal was fresh and cheesy and just awesome in every way. The side of potatoes had this amazing seasoning on it that makes you want to just keep on eating them. Overall this place was refreshing, I feel like now days it can be difficult to find a place that has atmosphere, great staff, and amazing food. This place has it all and I recommend you give it a try.
This cute little underground cafe has a spectacular brunch! They also have a heathen happy hour from 10-12pm when they discount their mimosas. I would highly recommend this hidden gem in Austin.
This is good. I love this place when I go to austin I have to stop and get something.
Been here a few times now and it is excellent every time! We love the Scrambles, the Benedict’s and the Migas. The French toast is great as well. Honestly everything we’ve had here was great. The line outside tends to move quickly. They have underground and some outside seating which has a very cozy vibe. Staff is always friendly and attentive. The perfect go-to breakfast/brunch option in this area.
Cozy small hidden breakfast spot a quick walk away from campus. Stopped in during a visit to see the longhorns game. We were not disappointed. You have to wait outside of the door until there's tables available The wait wasn't too bad if you choose to sit inside the tables are down a flight of stairs literally underground service is quick and friendly. We tried some of those scrambles and some of their signature plates and also the French toast which I highly recommend.

Pretty great spot near the courthouse in downtown Austin! Had such a nice vibe with all their decor and the staff were very friendly. Tried their migas plate off their breakfast menu and it was pretty delicious. Recommend trying it with their salsa! So good!
A hidden gem tucked into ‘mid town’. Truly an underground cafe in an old brick building. Sandwiches, tacos, and a great weekend brunch. All the food is creatively designed. The BLT on the brunch menu is made with jalapeño sourdough that is so good (and not too spicy for tenderfoots). The BLT is so good that’s all I order from the very good brunch menu. Breakfast tacos will get your day started right. Super friendly staff.
I thoroughly enjoyed their mocha coffee and breakfast tacos, and the iced coffee was a delightful surprise. The unique underground seating added an amazing touch to the ambiance. The staff was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and eager to serve our food directly to our table, despite the kitchen being on the main floor. This attention to service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
This place reminds me of NYC! I loved that it was “ underground”. The service was amazing and the food was on point! I really enjoyed brunch you should definitely try the Caribbean toast or the Egg in a hole! Only thing I will suggest is that you note that they do not alter or allow substitutions(I do not eat pork and wasn’t too happy about that).
Cute underground spot! The guy that helped us when we walked in was very friendly and patient and gave us good suggestions to try! Pictured is jalapeño grilled cheese sandwich with sun dried tomatos and a southwest chicken salad. 10/10

I also like the vibe and decor. Very casual place to eat but also good place to read book with coffee.
