I placed a delivery through Toast and after an hour called to inquire about its whereabouts and found out that they couldn’t do anything about it because of a third party responsible for the delivery. So, I placed another delivery order through their website. Guess what happened? Another hour passed and called again to inquire about its whereabouts and they responded that they do not do deliveries… well then why is that an option online?
I spent $25 for order #1 and $37 for order #2. I gave the non-existent drivers $8 each for tip. At this point it was 10:30pm, so I asked them to donate the food. This is unacceptable on every level.
I enjoy their Mac and cheese as long as you add jalapeños (it’s nice that there is the option for fresh or grilled (IMO the grilled compliments the noodles better)). I do wish the noodles were a little less mushy and had some ridges or texture so they held the cheese better.
The staff is very kind every time I’ve been. I also haven’t had any problems with unreasonable wait times even when they were very busy.
The food here was soooo good. We added grilled onions and jalapeños to our double bac'n cheezeburger and the flavor was amazing. The sweet potato fries are probably some of the best I've ever had and were even better dipping them in the chipotle sauce. Unfortunately the cashier wasn't friendly at all, even after giving a 20% tip she was still very unpleasant to deal with. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her.
Really tasty spicy chick'n sandwich. The perfect thing to keep me dancing. Much tastier than my brisket sandwich at Stubb's. Plus service was quick and extremely friendly. Will definitely return.
One of the best vegan burgers I've had! It tasted fresh and juicy. They also have Gluten free options.
Great spot for vegan burgers. I tried the Hoss recently however and wasn’t a fan. It was a bit too messy and not greasy but too greasy? Idk how to explain it but I think I’ll stick to the more regular burgers from them.
Also I’ve had a few issues with them the past few times I’ve ordered with getting the wrong potatoes (ie. Fries v. sweet potato fries v. tots) when I notice they’re very good about correcting it but I have had to be more mindful about checking when I pick up an order to go now.
My all time fav burger joint to grub! I got the cheese bac'n burger with mac n cheeze which was so scrumptious! I love the bbq one and took one to go but by the time I ate it it was cold and sad ofc but I still kinda enjoyed it bc of the flavors. But I have tried the bbq burger before fresh and it was aaaaaamazing 😩 also I took sweet potatoe fries and tbh... they were aight but when u eat them with mac n cheese they're delicious af 🤪
MUST GO!!! Their burger is sooooo delicious, I cannot wait to eat it again!!! Also, my husband got tots with chili that he liked. In the bar he got a beer and I got one of the drinks without the licor so it was a nice combination of fresh juice. In addition, the price of the food was extremely fair. The place look super cool and the service was awesome!
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable, unlike a lot of vegan places and the burger was serious. No flimsy small plate action, but a seriously filling burger. I can't wait to try other menu items! 👌🏼😋
I don't usually eat hot food when it's 100-plus degrees outside, but this place is worth the exception. They make their seiten in-house, and it is gluten-free. Sweet potato fries are savory and flavored with the perfect blend of spices.
Arlo's has delicious, fresh, greasy vegan fast food served in a place with great ambiance and convenience. Their prices are incredible and the food is filling and tasty. It is located next to a bar with live music and has picnic tables set up to eat at.
Arlos provides accessible vegan junk food to downtown Austin. It is open late so it is a great option for late night vegan cravings.
The food is so well made and flavourful that I can't imagine a meat eater having any complaints about the food.
Arlos has a selection of burgers, seitan sandwiches, tacos, fries , tots, and specials to choose from. The tater tots are super crispy and only 2 dollars when added on to a burger.
This is the ideal place to go when you want an affordable greasy bacon cheddar cheeseburger that is completely vegan late at night.
Arlo's gives vegan burgers respect they deserve. Most places offer one off veggie or vegan burger on their menu. These are dry and boring. Not at Arlo's.
Whether you're a meat eater or not their burgers will wow you! I'd go as far as saying these are the best burgers I've had meat or not. Eat at this place.

The tater tots were just ok and I wish they would use a better bun like pretzel bun or something more substantial but still very good.
I gotta say they are doing something right over there. I had vegan before it's not that great but this place is good. My wife who vegan wanted to go there and I not really into vegan food because of past experience but went away. We got the cheese burger and the BBQ burger. They were both awesome it was a hard choice but I choosed the cheese burger it was a close one because the BBQ was spicy which I liked. I would definitely go here again and try their Mac and cheese burger.
My god! 2nd time here and I swear it just keeps getting better & better! So good, so delicious, all vegan! 😍😃🍔🥤 Was seriously so good! All I'd do next time is ask for extra mac in my burger, cause who doesn't enjoy mac n cheese!!!! 🤪 Thanks for the grub!
Hands down the best vegan bacon cheese burger I've had in Austin! It takes just like a regular cheese burger. Guess I'll be back to go through the rest of the menu. I'm looking at you Mr. mac n cheese!
