Fried chicken and waffles was so GOOD! The chicken was full of wonderful flavors, was NOT salty and fell off the bone-so tender! Loved the mole on it! Bartender- (he had reddish blonde hair) made the best drinks! He was so nice and quick with water refills and making drinks! Great staff and food!

Great place for Sunday brunch. Server was excellent—friendly and attentive. Quartet plays every Sunday, and they were a nice addition to the ambience. Food and drinks were delicious! Sit outside by the pool if you can. The only negative is the parking. Valet is $20, or you might get lucky with street parking. Still, I’ll definitely go back.

Excellent staff, excellent food and a great place to take out of state guests. Try the quail dish. I could've drank the sauce through a straw.

The brunch was fantastic today. The portion sizes are not very “Texas” sized so we needed an additional entree to share but the food was really excellent.

Alfi was amazing. Everyone else was equally amazing. Food suggestions and cocktail suggestions were on point and the whole evening was bliss. It was cool that we could see the bats flying from our seats from the congress bridge. Will be back asap!

Awesome experience. Every plate was fantastic and the drinks were creative and potent. The Agave Fields Forever was the best. I would buy it by the gallon if it was for sale

We went to Geraldine's for our 12 year anniversary. It was also our first visit to this wonderful place. The food was delicious, especially the short ribs. The drinks were perfection and the staff was warm and fun. You can make some quick friends by just siting at the bar. The vibe is fun and relaxed. Highly recommend it!

This place is absolutely insane. I would recommend it to anyone!! Everything that we ordered was so amazing and literally jaw dropping. The staff was amazing (Arielle was our server she was such an angel & very knowledgeable!) the food was out of this world, the ambience was great. We came on Christmas and it was low lighting, and they had live music, we will definitely be back! We ordered the brussels sprouts, the fried green tomatoes, lamb chops, and buttermilk chess pie.

Beautifully decorated spot with soothing jazz playing. Staff is friendly and the food delicious. I was nervous to try the chilaquiles and they exceeded all expectations the execution was phenomenal. The fresh pressed juices are refreshing and natural.

The French toast was huge and delicious! Also try the green juice… so good! Geraldine’s is beautifully designed with seating indoor and outdoor by the pool. Bar area is great too. Lots of delicious cocktails and if you visit at the right time, you’ll get to enjoy live music with your meal.

First time to this restaurant and we do plan to return. Wagyu steak was great and so were the smoked carrots!! Enjoyed an Australian wine but they do have Texas wines on the list.

Very chill, great customer service. Has a pianist on Sundays and if you come during the winter time there is a great igloo you can rent for $100 outside on the patio. Highly recommend. Food is fairly priced.

Highly, highly recommend this place for brunch. The chilaquiles were to die for!!! Pictured beverages are the Brunchelada (Modelo, Bloody Mary Mix, Ancho Reyes, Lime Juice, Chili Salt and Pickled String Beans) and Morning Joe (Cold Brew, Kahlua, Ancho Reyes and Coco Lopez). Everything from the food & drinks to the service were amazing!

Celebrated Mother's Day here with my sister and her family. We were greeted by our friendly host and seated immediately since we made reservations ahead of time. Our waiter was friendly and very attentive to our needs and made our experience feel very special. The food and the drinks were phenomenal, and the portions were very generous. My favorite dishes were the potatoes, chilaquiles, and the brîoche French toast were chefs kiss! Becsuse we arrived before noon we did miss out on the live music which would have really made the experience top notch. Would definitely return for drinks on the terrace when the weather permits but all in all this was a great dinning experience for me and my family.

Came in for Sunday brunch, very yummy food! Cool ambience inside with the live music and also outside by the pool. Bread pudding was so good, probably my favorite part of the meal. A must order! Espresso martini was also really good. Good took about 45 minutes, other than that no complaints.

This was the highlight of my stay. Geraldines is located on the 4th floor of Hotel Van Zandt. Situated right by the pool, great outside seating. The food was delicious. Tastes as good as it looks. Gluten-free options were available. I was pleased with everything, except my biscuits. I'm sure it was a rare mistake. The overnight oats waa my "go-to." Next time, I will try out more of a variety. A word about the vibe and staff at Geraldines. Everyone was so professional and friendly. The staff were awesome. A special thank you to te9 people. Alex, our server. He was excellent and so cool in providing us with awesome suggestions on a last-minute shopping issue. Problem solved! The next is Danny ,the pool entrance attend. I thought I dropped my earbuds while I was lying out at the pool. He didn't know it,but while I was waiting on the elevator, I saw him go over to double-check. He didn't have to do that, that was very much appreciated. I found my earbud on the floor in my hotel room. All is well.

A beautiful restaurant, and a perfect brunch spot. Gorgeous natural lighting and nice views through the windows. The live vinyl DJ on Saturday morning was a wonderful background and the music wasn't too loud. Food was absolutely incredible, all of us enjoyed our meals. Would absolutely return!

I have stayed at the Hotel Van Zandt before and enjoyed dinner at Geraldine’s before where it was excellent, but this recent stay I only enjoyed breakfast. I noticed the staff was dwindled down where had to wait a while to be seated. One person was serving everyone so it was a not a quick breakfast. I made it just in time before it closed at 10:00 AM. I ordered the Buttermilk Biscuits with Smoked Bacon and coffee. My wife ordered the Standard which consisted of two eggs prepared any style (scrambled) and bacon. The restaurant has great detail and nice decor with a stage where live music is played many nights. My two biscuits were legs and very warm. I was able to use the bacon and some egg from my wife’s plate to make sandwiches. The bacon (3 big strips) were the highlight where it was purely delicious. The eggs were fresh and had great buttery flavor. It was enough to fill me up until lunch and the coffee was not bad either. All ended up fine.

Super cute rooftop brunch place. I would recommend sitting outside. If not they had live music last time inside. The food was decent, nothing spectacular. Just really there for the vibes.

We had good experience at Geraldine’s for dinner so we decided to go back for brunch. We ordered brioche French toast, smoked salmon Benedict, bloody Mary and mimosa. I thought the mimosa was okay but everything else was good. The live band started playing half way of our brunch and we enjoy the music while there. I think overall it is a nice place for friends want to dress nicely and hang out for a cute brunch together.

Geraldines is one of my favorite Hotels to enjoy live music while having dinner and drinks. Atmosphere is awesome and Hotel Van Zandt is named after a famous local musician Townes Van Zandt, so it makes sense they book some of the best music in town at Geraldines. Drinks and food are delicious, the only complaint is, I would make a charcuterie board to serve the number of people it says. The board for 4 serves 1 -1.5 people. (I order them everywhere.) The Management & staff has been very good at making us feel at home in their Resturaunt/live music venue. Looking forward to much more live music and dining here. Wendy
