Let’s put it this way. I’m from Tacoma. And Jackalope is a seemless transition. So, everyone but The Uncool will LOVE the Jackalope. The only difference is that Tacoma has legal weed & women have bodily autonomy rights.
VERY FUN PLACE!!!! The vibe was good! Urban music and atmosphere. Younger crowd, but some older people were there enjoying themselves. Drinks are small and a lil pricey. Pretty crowded on Saturday. Line was out the door, but moved fast.

Was walking around sixth and randomly asked a bouncer where was a good spot to grab a bite. He immediately pointed to Jackalope and he was right on the money. I stumbled into this place in August 2013 and had one of the best burgers of my life. Since then I've been back to Austin a few times scouring the streets searching for this place and finally of found it on Sunday. Punk rock music and the best hamburger or chicken sandwich in the city.
Great music selection on both the interior and patio area. Staff is very open and friendly. Prices are great compared to surrounding locales. Swiss-Mushroom burger= bomb.

Great atmosphere! The chipotle bacon cheeseburger is flat out amazing. You can order it without a bun to make it keto or paleo-friendly. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in Austin.

Some of the best hot wings I've ever tasted. That's saying a lot since I've tried many a hot wing in my day. Great service too. Surprisingly good food. I've been told the burgers are top notch as well. Go here for drinks, food, or both.
