This Kerbey Lane cafe location is spacious with many tables and easy access parking. The place is always clean, never have I experienced a sticky table for example. The waitstaff is extremely friendly and responsive. Even on a Saturday morning with a full restaurant, we were seated quickly and serve
Cute breakfast spot for our group of four. I appreciate the wait-list functionality that let us join before we got there. We were able to get seated within ten minutes of getting there and checking in with the host.

Food was solid, but our waitress really tailed off on service at the end. The bathroom hallway was getting re-tiled and was an active construction zone, so made getting to the bathroom a little tricky. DON’T order the margarita, worst thing I’ve EVER tasted.
