The staff is wonderfully helpful, the kitchen and facility is super clean and organized. And the food is exceptional. The Angus beef is tender and flavorful, and the blackened chicken is excellent! I would say the only downside is that it's a bit pricey....but you get what you pay for. We'll definitely be back to try other protein bowls. ...oh the salted Nutella marshmallow treat is awesome. The carrot cake...not so much.

Cute place with a nice selection of salads, rice bowls and pizzas. I had the jerk salad with salmon. It wasn't unforgettable but it was good and filling, with a nice size of fish and half of a huge avocado. Everything was super easy, order in line, take a number and then get a table. One suggestion would be to have the BYO salad ingredients on the board or somewhere more visible. It was quite busy when I was there, and if folks had to look at the small-print list at the counter, it would probably hold the line up. A shout-out to the excellent staff. I was there during lunch on 11/10 and everyone from the counter person to the busser was polite, diligent, and had a smile on their face. Made for a really pleasant atmosphere :)

Picked up takeout from this location today and it was so incredibly delicious! Kudos to whoever made my bowl (around 12pm) because it was a literal work of art. I’m extremely picky about the freshness of my food and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fairness in price for how much food I got! Flavors were spot on. Will 100% be a regular here now. Please don’t ever get rid of the Greens&Grains bowl!

I enjoyed my first meal at Modern Market in the Arboretum and would probably come here again. But one thing that caught my eye was the extra $0.50 charge each for the mashed potato and vegetable sides I got with my bowl. It seems like a side so basic as these shouldn’t cost extra, as there were really only two sides on the menu that didn’t have a surcharge.

Good place for healthy options like bowls and salads. I got the salmon curry bowl to go. A decent portion. The curry was really good! They also have pizza that looked good but I didn't try. They have lemonades and real cane sugar soda, but it's too expensive for a fountain drink. And the lemonade is way too sweet. My wife returned for breakfast a few days later and said the BLT avocado toast was pretty good!

Great spot for some fresh, healthy and tasty food!! We got the braised beef and herb chicken bowls. The bowls tasted great with the right balance of flavors. The meat was tender and delicious. The sides and sauce that accompanied the meat were also tasty.

Food is pretty healthy but salmon and chicken a little overbaked/dry. I like the whole order-and-sit-where-you-want style and the atmosphere is really nice

Fantastic vegetarian and vegan options, tasty, fresh, and well presented. The tofu bowl I got was very good and I look forward to having it again. Plenty of spots in a parking lot with lots of space. Service was quick and polite, order at the counter and it's delivered to your table. The fresh fruit drinks/sodas had some unique and delicious flavors. Highly highly recommend! It was about $25 fpr just me for an entree, drink, and dessert.

The food here was great! We got the braised beef, tofu bowl, and kids Mac and cheese. I wish there was a little more beef in the portion since that dish was about $5 more than the tofu bowl.

Really good healthy food bowls and salads while also having a lot of good choices for the kids as well. It’s a great place to go for lunch!

Good food and friendly staff. I had never been here but will definitely be back to try a couple of more items. They could clean the dining area a little better as a lot of the tables were dirty. Also not sure why but there were buckets of what looked like lemonade sitting out on tables with ladles also just laying on the table, kinda unsanitary IMO.

So nice to have a fresh salad while travelling. Thai coconut sald was pretty tasty. Chicken was a little overdone and could have used a touch more dressing. But the peach, ginger lemonade was delicious. Tofu is a bit salty, pizza seemed fine, rice crispy treat was delicious. People were accommodating and friendly!

The food was freshly made, which means it does not come out in 10 seconds. I appreciate fresh food and it's worth the wait. The bowl was perfectly cooked and everything was as expected. The staff will answer your questions so feel free to ask away. It was my first time here and i wanted to make sure i knew what i was getting. Looking forward to returning.

I really like modern market eatery. It’s a great spot to meet a friend for lunch because they have a wide variety of options including many for someone who’s gluten-free like me. My favorite thing to order is the lemongrass tuna bowl. It always just hits the spot and it’s the right amount of refreshing And comforting. On a recent trip with my husband, he ordered the pizza and I got my standard order. Both of the items were enjoyable, but the only issue we had was with dessert- the Nutella rice crispy treat. The first one we received was stale, and we told the cashier and they got us a replacement. It was also stale. They refunded our money, but it would’ve been nice to have been able to get a dessert that we were excited about that was not stale.

Love this place. Didn’t know they had one closer to us. We’ve been going downtown and always stop by to grab that street corn pizza. It’s addicting. Tastes like corn in a cup on a pizza. The house lemonade is always great too. Nice staff. Very friendly and efficient.

Was introduced to Modern Market by friends with extreme food allergies. They swore by it and it has now become our favorite place for salad and healthy foods on a Saturday morning. This recent trip I tried the Salmon Curry bowl and was in love. The salads here are also meet the standards of my mother who's a salad fanatic. Topped off with a oven fired half pizza and tasty lemon juice, we left well pleased and full. Price is a little steep but I think it's worth it for good service, clean environment, and pleasant staff. No complaints.

Had the Grass-fed steak with arugula & Gorgonzola salad with garlic mashed potatoes over rice and quinoa. Steak was cooked medium rare and very good. Took less than 5 minutes to get my order.
