Simply amazing frozen hot chocolate! Holy Cacao is a destination each and every time we're in the ATX. Never disappoints and worth the wait on a hot day! Please come to San Antonio!

Right next to the always awesome original Torchy's trailer, this place has absolutely amazing desserts and drinks! It's some of the best hot chocolate in town (and I'm a hot chocolate snob); incredibly creamy and rich and flavorful. The frozen hot chocolate is an awesome, warm-weather spin on it. And the cake shakes (chocolate and red velvet are my favorites) are incredible, and they're exactly what they sound like: cake blended into an icy, creamy shake!

Holy cacao does cake balls on a stick and cold shakes. It must be said - this place is VERY decadent. If you're going to try to taste several I wouldn't suggest more than a bite of each as the sweetness is off the charts. That said, since they're just a few bites it works and is a perfect sweet ending to any meal. If you want something more substantial check our their shakes - they're sweet but not overly so - one person can handle a 16 oz and quite possibly find him/herself wanting even more =P. The cold hot chocolate especially is a hit.

I tried the mocha. It is probably the best mocha coffee I've tasted. The bitterness of the mocha combined with the sugar in the drink is delicious. Yeah it sounds like any other mocha drink, but for me this one really magnifies the mocha flavor I want when I order a mocha coffee. Delicious. I'd go back everyday, but it's pricey just like any coffee place so having it once in a while is okay.

This trailer makes great hot chocolate. We went there yesterday. Perfect day for hot chocolate, 40s, dreary. They were out of hot chocolate!!!! I can't believe a trailer that sells this would run out and it was only 2:30 in the afternoon. I can understand if it were 80 degrees, but this was the ideal day to sell lots of warm drinks!

Another place I have been thanks to the PayPal app :) The cake balls I got were delicious but I think I just want something more interesting. With all of the unique choices of cakes/desserts around town I'm not sure if this would be my first pick without a discount, even though it tasted really good (especially the peanut butter cake pop!) It's awesome to have next to the other trailers though if you're already at home of them for a small dessert.

Mmmm. The ancho chile hot chocolate is (homemade and) thick and excellent. The cake shake is great for the first two-ish sips. The cake pops are many flavored and all pretty tasty, but my favorite is the chile flavor (one with the blue ribbon). Notice a theme?

ohmyguuuuudness! I had the Mexicano hot chocolate with a little ancho chili sauce and it was absolutely delicious. Note that these drinks are very rich. You probably don't need the large. Great location for the place and the drinks or cake balls would be great after Torchy's or one of the other dinner trailers in this park. So good. I'm looking forward to trying the cake balls another time.

Best. Hot chocolate. Evah! Especially since Viva Chocolato shut down. I haven't tried a cake ball yet, but I will eventually, so get off my case. Frozen hot chocolate will be my next venture; I don't care how cold outside it gets.

Hands down the best frozen hot chocolate I've tasted. Rich and creamy with really good chocolate flavor that doesn't always come through in a frozen drink.

The shakes here are incredible! Tried the pumpkin and carrot cake shakes and the best way to describe it is every time you take a sip, it tastes like you are taking a creamy bite of cake!

The Cake Shake is an intense flavor explosion of ice cream blended with cake. It's huge and delicious. I went with vanilla ice cream and carrot cake.

The best thing here is the iced hot chocolate. They mix their decadent hot chocolate with chocolate ice cream and enough ice to make it slushy but not watery. It is the perfect chocolate fix without being cloyingly sweet .

Their chocolate shake was so freaking good!! Not too sweet but just the perfect amount of chocolate and thickness. Great for a sunny day

The girl at holy cocao is always so positive and friendly in her tiny food truck box. They give great recommendations and make some darn tasty cake pops and hot cocoa.
