Our daughter took us to TB's Austin when we visited from NC last summer. The place was slammed on a hot, hot Sunday morning. We ate outside (not our first choice) rather than wait for an inside table. The staff put fans around all the tables and made the temperature bearable while we enjoyed wonderful baked goods and a delicious breakfast. It was my first experience of "migas" and it was wonderful - eggs, potatoes, sausage, and cheese scrambled together with a green chile sauce over the top. I loved it. One of the best places to eat in Austin - and well worth the wait for a table.

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, avocado toast was incredible, Turkey club might be the best Turkey sandwich we've ever had, and of course the warm cookies really topped it off!! We can't wait to go back! We're always on the look for new unique places for a great meal and this one definitely fits the bill! Our waitress was fantastic and we can't wait to go back!

The bomb. Best restaurants in Central Austin. The jalapeño jam is awesome and you can buy a jar to take home

If I owned a restaurant, it would be just like this one. The atmosphere, execution and general vibe are absolutely perfect. The food is fresh and gorgeous. The staff, accommodating and also gorgeous. The cocktails are perfectly balanced and...yep, also gorgeous. If you want a place to feel safe, beautiful and perfectly at ease with the world, go here. I would move in if they let me.

This is such a lovely place for getting together with friends for brunch or lunch. Came here with other colleagues to celebrate a birthday and we enjoyed the ambiance, the food and the service. I had the BLT with a Cesar salad as a side, another ordered the burger and fries and two others ordered the southwest salad. Highly recommend and will be back!

Excellent food and service. We dined in for lunch and were seated outside. Very relaxing atmosphere. We had the turkey club, the avocado toast and gazpacho with Provencal salad. All of the food was perfectly prepared. Great service as well. Highly recommend reservations. We wouldn't have been seated had we not arrived when they opened for the day.

The Good: When you walk up and if you're lucky enough to go on a day when there are not 8 Bachelorette parties ahead of you, you'll be treated to a lovely atmosphere and excellent main courses in sizable portions. I love sitting outside where it reminds me of having a picnic on the lawn. The Meh: As always with places like this, they tend to be more overpriced than you're used to. And they attract a certain hungover-college group type of clientele but overall wonderful experience.

On a recent evening, my wife and I chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Tiny Boxwoods in Austin. From the moment we stepped onto the patio, we were enveloped in an enchanting ambiance, illuminated softly by the garden lighting, which cast gentle shadows and added to the intimate atmosphere. The surroundings, with green foliage and the subtle sounds of nature, created the perfect backdrop for our romantic evening. We kicked off our culinary adventure with the Summer Burrata. The dish was a delicate balance of flavors: juicy watermelon pieces and ripe heirloom tomatoes contrasted perfectly with the creamy texture of the burrata. The pesto, aromatic and rich, added depth, while the maldon salt brought out the dish's natural flavors. The final touch of balsamic reduction drizzled over the top added a sweet and tangy contrast, making each bite a delight. Shortly after, The Gathering Board made its appearance. This platter was a testament to the beauty of simple, high-quality ingredients. Freshly sliced Prosciutto, Salami, and Ham, each with its unique flavor profile, paired wonderfully with an array of cheeses, from the creamy Brie to the tangy Feta and the mild Baby Swiss. The olives, both green and black added a briny touch. The pickled gherkins and pimento peppers brought a refreshing tang, while the candied chestnuts and dried figs provided a sweet counterpoint. Whipped Goat Cheese, Dijon mustard butter and Jalapeño jelly offered a delightful mix of spicy and tangy dips to complement the board. Our evening's beverages were as diverse as they were delightful. The Spring Fever, light and refreshing, combined gin with the subtle floral notes of elderflower, brightened by splashes of orange and lemon and sweetened just right with honey. The Summer's Watermelon Smash was a vibrant concoction, the sweet, fresh watermelon taste spiced up with a hint of jalapeño. The Bouldin Creek Sour and Texas Bramble, with their respective bases of bourbon and tequila, showcased the versatility of traditional spirits when combined with fruity and floral mixers. The SoCo Punch was a tropical treat, the pineapple-infused rum blending seamlessly with guava and lime. It was the Summer Gems salad, though, that left an indelible mark. Fresh, crunchy little gems romaine lettuce was paired with slices of sweet summer peaches, toasted almonds added a nutty crunch, and smoked goat cheese delivered a hint of creaminess. The pickled red onions offered a tangy note, while the white balsamic dressing tied everything together. It's a dish so memorable that it's become my benchmark for salads. As we neared the end of our main courses, the Featured T&H Farms Steak was served. Every bite of the farm-fresh wagyu beef was a testament to quality and preparation. Cooked to perfection, it was complemented beautifully by fresh asparagus stalks and a fluffy bed of couscous. Before immersing ourselves in dessert, we sipped on an Espresso Martini, bold and invigorating, alongside a soothing Mocha Cappuccino. Then, the desserts: the Goat Cheese Cheesecake, a tangy twist on the classic, and the Lemon Tiramisu, light and layered with flavors. Tiny Boxwoods, with its impeccable food, diverse drink menu, and the romantic garden setting, offered us an evening that went beyond dining—it was a memory in the making. For anyone in Austin looking for an experience, not just a meal, this is the place to be.

Great food at a reasonable price. Super cute location and atmosphere. We got burgers and a country breakfast, high recommended both. The service was also great. This is a regular spot for us.

Very small restaurant so def would recommend making reservations. We had a party of 7 and sat outside with a fan and plenty of shading. My absolute fav are the blueberry pancakes, yogurt parfait, and of course the chocolate chip cookies. Very nice brunch place!

First off, parking spots were small and not too many available. Now for the rest, I Came for brunch and had crepes, that day they had savory crepes, and they were delicious. I also tried their french toast and was great also! Along with the food i had a mimosa and was perfect amount of the champagne, definitely was not just a splash. Customer service was extremely attentive and accommodating, they even provided us with a nice blanket. Can't wait to come back!

I’ve been going to the Houston location for years and finally made it to the Austin one! Love this place- has a beautiful patio area as well. Our server was great and every dish was delicious! Highly recommend the charcuterie appetizer and skillet cookie dessert. Only downside: parking can be a nightmare so plan accordingly. Will definitely be returning.
