JC was an excellent server, very friendly & warm...Catfish appetizers was very good! It was cool to see the robot deliver food to another table.
Jacob is the best waiter in existence. He has transcended reality to become the alpha of waiters. The wings here are extremely good for the price on Thursdays.
We chose this spot bc of the large playground for the kids. The parents had a table right next to a large window so we could keep an eye while they played outside while we waited the long wait for our food. Service was not great, but she said they were shorthanded. But they also messed up the billin
I've eaten there outside, inside, and gotten delivered and it's always great. They can make good burgers, sandwiches and the Tex-Mex options have all been great so far I'm not sure there is a dish they don't do well
My wife and I came in here for the first time tonight, and it was incredible start to finish. The moment we walked in the host was so pleasant and pointed us outside where we could sit with our fur baby while we waited for a seat outside. They are so pet friendly and and staff is so personable. Wh
First time at Waterloo and didn't know what to expect. Went for lunch and we sat at the bar immediately rather than wait 30 minutes for table sitting. We enjoyed a turkey swisd mushroom burger with a side salad and waffle and chicken. Both dishes were the right size and price. Visited to the locati

Nicole was our server and was so nice to my kids. They had a great time! Playground before dinner, Pinball machine after dinner! Everyone has a good time and wants to come back!
Great food at a reasonable price, incredible service from friendly and attentive staff, and a great shady play area for kids in the back. We come here once a week and we're never, ever disappointed. The salads, catfish, and nachos are awesome!
Some of the waiting staff was kind of weird. We sat down ower selfs and we didn't get waited for a little bit. I'm not sure if the people are waiting for that part of the restaurant. Didn't think we spoke English. So they avoided us. Then this very nice waitress asked if we had been waited on. And s
Delicious veggie platter and drinks were a little weak but had delicious flavor! The live music really brings the place together.
We stopped by after a day by the river with our puppy. We were greeted with excitement and quickly seated. We sat outside, which was no big deal in this heat, because each outdoor table had a personal cooling unit to keep up cool! Our waiter not only took great care of us, but our puppy as well! We
Very helpful that Waterloo was dog friendly. After an afternoon at the River that was very nice. Nicole took great care of us and gave us perfect recommendations from the menu. Beautiful evening and the burger was great.
Waterloo Ice House came through in a pinch for hosting a last-minute birthday party! They provided a great private room, and our waitress Nichole was amazing, offering friendly and attentive service. Kudos to manager Tony for overseeing a fantastic experience. Delicious food, lively ambiance - highl
I like this place, they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have large breakfast portions. Decent happy hour drink prices, and two dollars off all appetizers during happy hour. This location has a large outdoor patio that’s Dog friendly. They have arcade machines. Plenty of parking
