Cho Sushi Japanese Fusionee - Austin - Photo album

My husband and I have been to many restaurants before, and none of them could give us the most delightful experience we had here at Cho Sushi! The food was out of this world. After the mochi ice cream and fried cheesecake, we felt reborn! 😋 Best of all, the servers know what they are doing and helpe
Nice, small sushi restaurant. Ordered Miso soup and the Dream Sushi combo. Fish was fresh and delicious. The roll that came with it was 80% filling which is always nice. Presentation, taste, everything was very nice. Definitely worth a try.
My husband and I have been dining at Cho since we dated, and while it's always been good, we had never received exceptional service as we did tonight. Our server, Chess, was very pleasant and made us feel like we were right at home. He was very attentive and customer-oriented. Thank you, Chess, for
Great spot for delicious sushi. Try the pepper tuna roll, so good!
I went with my 3 nieces on a very busy Friday night with no reservation and the staff were extremely accommodating and got us a great spot. I really liked the fried rice. It's also family friendly, my nieces (between ages 8 and 12) were the ones who asked to go to this place from previous experience
Good local place in Austin for sushi. Not many rolls on the menu, but they have their own flavor. I'm a spicy roll person, so the geisha roll hit home! Definitely recommended!
Food was unique and tasty. My husband and I love sashimi. The portions we big and fresh. The salmon felt like butter melting on your mouth. So yummy. 🍣 🍣
Stopped in for dinner last night while in town. We the chirashi, king salmon ceviche, katsu chicken, and a bottle of Wandering Poet sake. The service was great and the food wasn’t bad. The chirashi was sliced thinner than most places and the tuna wasn’t bad but not super fresh (you can see the color
It's a small store to pick up food and might eat there. Their sushi and sandwiches are fresh unique presentations to make me try all. I had a chef's choice and more sushi. Pricey but it's worth every penny. I can't wait to try again, soon.
We had the bento boxes on the lunch menu: sukiyaki and salmon; they were delicious. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the service was excellent. It’s a small place, but very clean and tastefully decorated.
