Pho Van - Austin - Photo album

Great pho and really amazing strawberry milkshake! Tasted pretty standard and came out very quickly. Everything looked and tasted fresh. You get a good portion of brisket in the small bowl compared to a lot of places which is really nice. The place itself feels like I'm in The Backrooms but as long
I have been living in the Middle East and perhaps because this was the first pho that I've had for several years, I found it to be extraordinarily delicious. I had the chicken soup with noodles and used all of the herbs and sprouts they brought to me. While the food was good, the staff communicated
The pho is good, the staff is friendly, the restaurant could use a little upgrade, however I enjoyed the time I was there. The Vietnamese coffee was good also.
Y1 - Pho Bo Kho (beef stew) taste really good and the bread is amazing. But can’t say much about the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Delicious spot - the mixed bean pudding is really special and full of tasty surprises.
Pho Van is simply the best! I was a fan of Pho until my husband brought me here! I get N22 (no meat) and it’s always the BEST! If you’re ever not feeling great come here! This broth will revive you! Very hearty, clean and delicious!
This is easily one of our favorite lunch spots in Austin. It's hard to find a good Bahn mi sandwich (think pork, fresh herbs, hearty bread) and the won ton soup is sublime! We crave it often!
It's a simple no frills place. We got pho, fresh tofu rolls and tofu bahn mi. The food came out quite fast. The tofu rolls came with a peanut sweet salty sauce which was a good accompaniment to the rolls. The pho and bahn mi were tasty and filling. The ingredients felt fresh. The beef pho broth was
Pho Van serves good pho, bánh mi, and dumplings. They’re generally consistent with their food quality as well; there’s only been one or two times when something was a little off. Although Austin isn’t known for their Asian food, this spot doesn’t disappoint. The place is very no-frills with a super
This place slaps. They've had the same sweet lady as a server forever. Even if this place sucked I'd still go because of her.... But it doesn't, I love everything I've ever had but lean towards pho with meatballs, vermicelli with chicken and egg rolls and Vietnamese iced coffee. Their Bahn mi sandwi
I came in for lunch with my girlfriend, and we both had Pho and shrimp springs rolls. The service was great. The server was quick to give us water and take our order. Food was out in a reasonable time. Everything tasted great. My gf only had one comment about how the peanut sauce didn't have much pe
Pho Van has been a staple of mine for over a decade. Their pho is good, not the best in town but solid and dependable. Where they shine are their banh mis. In particular their grilled pork and their combination. I am knocking it down one star though because the prices have gone up almost double. I u
Not having ever traveled to Vietnam I don't know authentic Vietnamese food but, the food was great and delicious. The service was attentive to any request I had like no peanut sauce, extra savory sauce for my entrée. My drink never came close to being empty. So, this place was great
Good food. Large portions. Definitely not a place to go to if you're unfamiliar with the cuisine. Great dumplings and egg rolls.
The price is fantastic. Soups and variety of menu is excellent. Delicious Bahn mi sandwich, bread is always soft with a crispy crust. I would come more often if it was closer to home.
**Not all Authentic Vietnamese restaurants need numbers in their name.** TLDR: This place hit quality, price AND service. Stumbled upon this place with a good friend who has never had Pho before and they finished a LARGE Pho Tai, broth and all. I ordered the same thing and it was top notch. Ordere
