I thought the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The inside was extremely clean, and I noticed the staff would immediately clean an area right after when a customer had finished and left ... even though they were not busy enough to need the table right away. They swept the floor and used cleaning products with paper towels for the tables rather than just a wet rag, which I have seen at so many restaurants (not implying Whataburger ... just in general). Even the soda and condiment area was spotless. I considered taking 1 star from the atmosphere because the music was too loud for my taste. It was festive and Christmas time, so it was appropriate, and I'm certain the manager would have adjusted it if I had asked. He did walk the restaurant asking the patrons if everything was okay and if they were enjoying their meals. Kudos to a great crew with smiles and their manager.
Decent place to have a meal. The only problem I have that keeps me away is the high amount of homeless & transiets there, always constantly asking for money or food. If they aren't inside, they're right outside by the door. I'm barely scraping by, I can't help everyone out. I certainly can't see myself coming here to be pestered by homeless people EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I come here. It's ridiculous. I just want to go have a quiet meal on the small budget I have without being pestered by homeless people asking me for money or food. Like damn. And it happens EVERY TIME at this location, walking in and walking out. They really need to do something about this ongoing problem.

Compared to other locations, this location is by far the BEST.
From management, to cleanliness, to friendly staff, and fast drive through! Specifically, compared to their South location ( Slaughter ln and I-35) that i been waiting in my car for 59 minutes straight!
Had a burger at 3am and it was delicious!! Service was very very slow though. But like I said it was 3am
I loved the burger and fries. Tried the limited time Dr. Pepper shake, and it was pretty darn good. My burger was missing catsup, but I certainly could have asked for some, so it's my own fault. Wish we had Whataburger in the midwest.
They gave us a visual menu because my mother asked for one. The problem was they didn't fill up the sweet tea the whole time we were there and there was no sugar.
Whataburger is always good, especially when it looks like this but who cares if the food is this good , go get you some folks !
Sketchy area but same burgers and fries as elsewhere rather greasy but nostalgic for many. We walked here from SOco, and there were distressed homeless in and outside of this eatery.
Being from the West coast, of course In N Out has been a staple but I have not always been sold that it is the top burger place. I finally got to take a trip to TX and test out Whataburger and I will tell you, In N Out got nothing on this. There is nothing on this burger as far as fast food places. The patty melt was delicious!!!!
