We had a party of 11. The food from soup to desert was delicious. The heat level on the Curry was perfect made to order. The server spoke Spanish which was very helpful as the guest of honor did also. However he ran a lot of laps by not asking everyone at the table if they needed anything else all at once. We ordered a bottle of wine at the very beginning but was never asked if we would like more. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs, so he did have a great opportunity to sell us more. The inside is very small, and the bathroom does not have a changing table, so this maybe a tough sell for families like our size. We were able to enjoy beautiful weather outside on the patio. So this maybe an option for large groups weather permitting. I would love to go back for more Tom Yum soup, Green Curry, and Sticky rice with coconut mango, for dessert.

I had an incredible experience dining at this Thai restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu and able to make great recommendations. The food was simply amazing. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the Pad Thai, which was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all exceptional, and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

Best Thai food I’ve had in Austin! The food is fresh and delicious. Had the fried dumplings, crab fried rice, and chicken pad Thai. All were very good! Can be very spicy so choose your spice level wisely. The medium level (#3/5) was a bit spicy for me. Server, Belle, was great! Parking available in lot behind the building. Will be back!

Not the fanciest place, but the food is amazing! We've must have come here about 8 times since our first visit. Never any problems with the food or service. Trying the same dish at other Thai restaurants, Thai Lada always comes out on top. The staff is always friendly. They can also make most items gluten free if you ask for it. They also will ask how spicy you want your food to be.

Our first time here and it was just an amazing experience!! My only pause about Thai Lada is their atmosphere. When we walked in, I wasn’t impressed and actually tried to convince my husband to leave. Everything was clean, mind you, it’s just that the inside looked like a cheap fast food dining room. But boy was I fooled!! I’m so glad we stayed! For one, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with wonderful hospitality and we’re sat right away. The server was also extremely above and beyond courteous and helpful. The appetizers and main course was not only beautiful to look at, but 100% fresh, flavorful, and served with hearty portions. The price for what we ordered was reasonable. Including a generous tip, we spent a little over $50. We are planning to return.

My rating, with 5 stars being best - Overall: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - Food: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - Service: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - Location: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - Pricing : ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Good, authentic Thai food at a reasonable price at a good location with a good atmosphere (both inside and outside seating). We ordered Pad See Ew, green curry, red curry and crab fried rice. Prices are decent. Two things that I wished could be better are - (1) crab fried rice had more crab than egg (2) that curries are less watery.

Thai Lada is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in town. Their curry's are amazing and I'm always torn between getting a curry dish there or one of their other fine offerings. The service and atmosphere are nice and casual and they've got a really nice covered patio to enjoy when the weather is good. I've eaten here for many years, probably since they opened, and can say their quality is consistently great and keeps me coming back.

Since moving to the Austin area 2 years ago we have been searching for a family owned Thai restaurant with outstanding food and service…we definitely found it at Thai Lana. We enjoyed wonderful a dumpling appetizer, followed by Pad Thai (for my wife) and a northern Thai chicken curry dish that I can’t pronounce (referred to as P2 on the menu) that was off the charts good. Our server was attentive and informative, and we were delighted to meet the nice lady owner who visited with us table side. While this restaurant is definitely not fancy, the personalized service and the outstanding food will bring us back, even though we live more than 30 minutes drive time away.

I have only ever gotten take out here so I cannot speak to the atmosphere or service. I always get the Pad Thai. I get it “not spicy”, I got the medium spicy the very first time and it was just too spicy for me and burried the usual Pad Thai flavor I love. I also sometimes get the crab rangoons, which are also excellent!

The food was absolutely amazing. And the staff was so accommodating. We had a member of our family with a gluten allergy and the prepared the food fresh for her. I would definitely dine here again when I am in Austin. I highly recommend Thai Lada.

The food was good, I think the quantity is less for lunch specials. Otherwise nice ambiance and enjoyed basil fried rice.

Outstanding Thai Joint off Parmer Lane. Thai staff, and it shows in the food! Delicious and legit - I've been to Thailand many times. Lunch special is fantastic - soup + spring roll + entree. They ask for your spice level when you order, so no needs to fear the Thai spice.

Delicious food with variable spice levels for every member of the family! They were very accommodating of my peanut allergy, too! 🥜 It's a bit cramped inside for a large party, but it's worth smashing some tables together for some delicious panang curry!

A little bit salty on chicken wings. But it’s ok when you deep the sweet and sour sauce. Satay chicken is really good. Pineapple fired rices is really really good. It is different than we try on other Thai restaurant. We will definitely come for second time! Great job!

Delicious and authentic tasting khao soi and khao mun gai. The khao soi tasted like the one we've had in Chiang Mai. Will definitely be visiting again when we crave some northern Thai food!
