This is a little diamond in the rough. The Mexican shrimp cocktail is the best in the area and a reasonable price.
It's a working man's restaurant. It's truly a authentic restaurant.
The ladies are nice.
I haven't tried the other items but the restaurant has a bunch of take out orders.
I came here for Sunday dinner with the family. The food here is really flavorful, and the service is quick. They also serve breakfast with a special on 3 tacos for $5.99 between 6 am thru 11 am.
Nice, clean and food is delicious. Fast and friendly service. Go by and try it out.
Really solid Tex-Mex. This is our go-to for quick, casual Mexican food. I will generally get the plato Tex-Mex. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is always really kind.
I am constantly blown away at how good the chili con carne is. I don't know what they do to
I order the enchilada plate during lunch break, took about 15 minutes to get out the kitchen and it was very good service. Filled me up and was very decently priced for the amount of food that was served. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wants some alright Tex-Mex dishes.
Friendly, clean, great menu, all the food is excellent, spices enough, not overpowering, plenty served by smiling staff promptly, and hot. My new favorite Mexican restaurant!
We were back in Austin for several days and couldn't pass up our favorite Taquiera. Strictly working class decor and ambiance. Few suits and high heels, thank the lord.
Great breakfast tacos. We ordered the migs plate. It was so awesome we went back 2 days later for a repeat.
Huge portions. Great
We like the restaurant. Don't expect the service here, but the food and price is right. We ordered Enchilada, Parrilladas, and Tortilla soup. They all taste good! My kids love them.
Dined at La Tapatia in Austin and was genuinely impressed! The flavors transported me straight to the heart of Mexico. Every dish was bursting with authenticity and zest. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making the entire experience truly delightful. Austin has many Mexican restaurants, but La T
This is a busy place on the weekends. Good food and good service. For some reason paying is a long process where you will have to take your ticket to he register or go up to it with out it. The ake and flan are from somewhere else. This is a good place for nachos. The prices are in the higher side.
Food is good the prices are reasonable. 4 stars queso it wasn’t the best to be honest it’s kind of bland. Great breakfast 🌮
It was my first time there. The breakfast was very delicious! They serve large portions! Service was great!
Massive breakfast tacos for 2.50 each (or 2 if you get 3). Massive value and really good, some people may only want one taco
Ordered sopes and they were delicious! Food was fresh and service was excellent. Also the mango margarita was good!
Delicious Food ! Had a torta and and taco de pastor and honestly so worth it ! Good prices too ☺️
Overstuffed Breakfast tacos...in a GOOD WAY!!! Bacon, egg and cheese...YUMO! Delicious creamy green salsa. My husband and I got ToGo and the total was around $12.
