I'm not completely sure how I feel about this place yet. You kind of have to trust the process.
I'm used to completely customizable bowls, being able to ask for extras of some toppings, or adding multiple sauces... But not so much of that here.
HOWEVER, what we ordered, we both thoroughly enjoyed.

This is my favorite restaurant in austin! The ingredients are fresh and the restaurant is clean! you can make your own bowl or pick one of the combos but you can also customize your bowl. Love this place for a quick healthy meal
Malibu Poke is a nice little Austin poke shop. The ambiance is super chill and relaxed. There are several poke places in downtown Austin and Malibu Poke is the best by far! I normally Build my Own Bowl and it is always fresh! The team members at Seaholm are the BEST and I always see the same folks so little turnover which says a lot. They’re always fast and friendly!
I’m new to poke bowls, so I can’t really compare it to others. But it was definitely enjoyable. I had a Spicy Chili Tuna bowl. I look forward to trying others. Staff was helpful to a first timer

Come here pretty often when I grocery shop in the area. Staff are always nice and food is always good quality. It’s fun to build your own bowl and their menu bowls are pretty good as well!

Got the wasabi ponzu salmon bowl and it was delicious! Super fresh tasting with great topping options. Loved the convenient location near the library. Fast and easy pickup with very nice and polite staff
Wow. Great flavors. Textures. Small bowl is plenty but you can indulge in a large bowl if you want to skip a meal as the food here is awesome. Pro tip -- Disappointed with the basil lemonade cocktail -- choose a craft beer from the selection (not listed on the POS solution -- look at taps on wall!).

I love their sushi tacos, so good. Plenty of outdoor seating and in Seaholm district which is a cute little shopping plaza with places to lounge. The food is great but it’s very pricey in my opinion.
