First time visiting the place to meet up with an old friend. I got a creamed Black Tea with 25% sweetness, which had a good flavor. The service provided was excellent as I felt no pressure placing the order and got all my questions answered. Very good experience.
Nicely tucked in the corner of two buildings. Has two floors and the settings are quite nice. Quick service at the time of visit and the quality of food is good. Definitely come visit again 😊.
Super big space if you want to study here + they have wifi. They also have a huge drink menu selection & the boba is decently priced. Would recommend
They've nailed their boba and are consistent. The drinks aren't too sweet and I enjoy how tart the lemonade drinks are
Nice area - we dropped by late afternoon on a cold day. The lights were on and the ambiance just seemed very cozy.
Teapioca is one of my favorite bubble tea chains, and this location lives up to the expectation. My go-to is the pure matcha tea with cubed ice, aloe vera, and basil seeds at zero sweetness. This location has a few tables in a loft area above the counter that were great for working online for a coup
Polite staff, quick service, clean restaurant, and a great upstairs study area! Where we sat had a nice window and I was able to watch some ducks play in the grass. Peaceful, relaxing, and our orders tasted great!
Really enjoying this new location! It has a cozy atmosphere with an upstairs seating area. All the same drinks (huge selection) which are made with real fruit, coffee, boba, tea, etc.
The rewards program works for all locations. No public restrooms.

I love this place! It has a cool lil chill spot upstairs of you can enjoy the beautiful arboretum outdoors! Great place for a date or just hang out.
It has so many options and has this really great thing called milk flurries which are so delicious and everything if decently priced. It is a very nice peaceful place to enjoy your drink or you can take it and walk around the Arboretum.
My mom and I love coming here on a hot day when we need something to cool down, the employees are very friendly and the design is adorable as well. Our order are: passion fruit (me) and avocado (mom). Highly recommend!
