Excellent service and food! The man who gave our other drink (sorry I didn't get a name!) Even asked if we had one or two straws (we had two drinks), it's always frustrating when we don't get the second straw so that was very much appreciated! Burgers were assembled well with what looked like fresh

The bathroom says a lot about a restaurant. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have seen in years. The staff was definitely welcoming and attentive. I regret not getting the lady's name at the register in the lobby! I did mention to her that it was a very clean place so maybe she'll remember
I ordered 2 ice cream 🍦 medium and 1 Small fries 🍟 they give us 2 ketchup every thing was great. Fresh and hot fries. Fast service 👍

Love this location. Good food and treats the way you would expect them from Dairy Queen. Prices at most of the eateries including this one have really skyrocket since back in the day but it's still delicious food.
We mainly go here for pup cups and dipped cones and chocolate shakes. Never had a bad experience. They are so sweet to our furbaby as well.
We ordered 2 hunger buster combos. The guy that took the order and assisted at the window was exceptional. The service was fast. The fries were cold. After pay $25 for two basic combos I expect my food to be hot and fresh.
The customer service experience was good. The only problem I had was that they left out my gravy & onion ring with my chicken strips. Could not dip bread in gravy . Major DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
I came to pick up a DoorDash and was greeted properly. They offered me a free drink while I waited for the food and we’re overall extremely polite. Best experience I’ve had that lasted 3 minutes!!
The burgers and fries are always fresh. The servers on the drive thru are very nice every time.
This Mayfield DQ is always clean, my order is always correct, and they’re friendly at the window. Perfect for these hot Austin days.
