For a quick late night meal after a night out or if you have a sweet tooth, this is the place. Food quality was good, great customer service and the place was clean. Been here a few times and it never disappointed me.

This location is great. Few Whataburgers handle online ordering properly. This location had the food ready at the promised time, knew the name on the order when I walked in, and waited to make our milkshakes (so they wouldn’t sit melting). Great service overall. Especially impressive since it was a holiday and the people all were (or pretended to be) happy to be working and happy to take care of customers.

I ordered online to pickup in store. There was a small wait but the employees were very polite and my food came out hot so no complaints on a small wait. When I got home the food was good as usual. Everything the way I requested it (I have complicated requests sometimes because I take a lot of stuff off the burger and add a lot of different stuff as well) and props to them for making everything how I asked. 4/5 stars for today's visit.

Ate here with the family last Saturday and just have to give a shout out to Lee who was working at the front. His customer service was excellent to the point I had to leave a review. Our order had a small mistake and he made it right immediately. On top of that he was very polite about it. It’s rare these days to see people taking pride in their work in the fast food industry. The food was pretty good too that night. Usually this location is hit and miss, but this most recent time was perfect.

We went through the drive through around 8pm and somehow the service was slow. Despite this the meal was amazing and truly hit the spot after a long day. The burgers were fresh and big.

Update 9/26: I did not get a call back when I was told I would and ended up having to call again to check in, HOWEVER I work in fast food also so I get it. When I called I spoke with Jake C who runs this location. He was great! (And so was everyone else who helped me honestly) He already seemed to know about the issue and appropriately sided with his employees but did not call me liar. He looked into the issue for me and personally texted me the next day with proof of refund!! For some reason the first refund didn’t take, but that employee DID try to process it the first time I went in. All in all, since I’ve work in fast food for 10+ years, I’m a stickler for customer service and this location nailed it! Still 5 stars.(: I ordered thru the drive thru on 9/14, with a coupon for a free patty melt meal. The cashier at the window did scan my coupon however it didn’t take and he charged my card the whole amount without the coupon. I went inside to talk to a manager about this issue and he assured me he canceled my transaction, then re-rang my meal and applied the coupon. At that point he charged me again for what I should have originally paid. After a few days both transactions went thru on my bank account. I filled out the webform for assistance and hadn’t heard back yet so I went again in person today 9/19. The manager (Charles maybe?) who helped me tonight was very nice and helpful. I still don’t have a refund yet but he did take my name and number and assured me he would look into this issue so I can get my refund. Typically I never have issues at this location, although it can be extremely busy often. I’m out $15 for now, but the kindness in helping me goes a long way, I’d still call it 5 stars for a one time mistake.

Decent fast food burgers. They need to upsell. Have never been asked if I'd like cheese added to my burger.

7/11 pm shift including a extremely personable lady in the front working PAST her shift, gave me the greatest whatabuger experience I’ve ever had. I’m just a Uber driver but wow, these people are working hard staying busy even tho it’s not that busy inside. Being communicative with everyone that walks in and getting orders out quick with great communication front/back of house. Thank you for making my night better and every shift should learn from y’all!
