Bombay To Kathmandu Kitchen - Austin - Photo album

This was a great pick me up on a real dud of a day. Honestly, one of the best Indian restaurants I've been to. The only better I can think of was a tent in the black hills, so hit this one up when you've got the chance. We were seated quickly, right next to a cool stone sculpture of an Indian temple
Wow. Best Indian food in Austin. I can say that living in England spoiled me...all the Indian food in Austin is just average--but here we had great, full flavor in our curries (butter chicken and spinach something w cheese) with garlic naan and the atmosphere / vibe was really on point too, music
My sister recommended this place and I was pleased. The atmosphere is great and the food was delicious! I would definitely come back to try more and other foods. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good place!
What a great find while visiting the nearby Galaxy Theatre for Austin Film Festival 2023. This restaurant was nearly empty when we were seated at 6pm but was nearly full when we left around 7:15pm. There was steady pickup and delivery traffic. We had butter chicken, chicken coco korma, garlic Naa
We decided to try this restaurant and were very pleased. I had the house special lamb curry. It was cooked well. There was plenty of rice and enough food to take home and enjoy again. The meat was tender and good quality. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was excellent. I will come back ag
My family told me this place was good, but it was great! We had the chicken Tikka pizza, lamb Tikka masala, butter chicken, lam buryani, goat curry, cheese and garlic Naan, dumplins in the soup and mango lassi. ALL of it was delicious!
Every time I go to Bombay I order the Salmon Tikka Masala and it’s great! The Butter Chicken is another favorite, the portions are quite big, no complaints on the garlic naan, although the mango lassi was just okay for us. Can’t wait to go back!
This place was great! We had the Garlic Naan, Paneer Pizza and mango cheesecake. All of these items were fantastic. The service was hands down best in class. We can't wait to return and try some of the other dishes.
Food was okayish. The server did hear what we wanted but didn’t get as per our request. We ordered chicken fried momos, thupka and aloo kulcha. Aloo kulcha didn’t have salt in it. We told this to server and he got us a new one but same result. For Thupka, we requested to have less noodles in the
My new favorite Nepali restaurant in Austin alert. Loved the momos, so tasteful like homemade. We ordered Nepali thali and samosas as well. Sooo satisfied with Thali, reminded me of home. Naan was the best, soft and fluffy. And the price is good too. I was little unsatisfied with samosas as they wer
Delish food, I got the Tikka masala paneer pizza, garlic naan, and mango cheesecake. The service was also so lovely, super nice folks and really attentive customer service. Would recommend!
Hands-down my favorite Indian restaurant in Austin. The food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Try the Curry Pizza!
I used its predecessor (another Indian restaurant in the same space) for many years. The new (or maybe just rebranded) restaurant seems much the same. Though the interior feels a little drab, the food is very good. I personally favor the lamb korma. I usually get takeout and it's always packed we
The balance of spices in my lamb biryani was perfect. The lamb was a high quality cut and was the perfect texture for my pallette. The only issue with my order was that whoever butchered the lamb must have been the owner of a sharp and heavy meat cleaver who was late for an appointment with their an
Want to change it up and get something super tasty? Here you go! Just across from the charging stations, this place should be much busier and this is my 2nd time there. This is a nice dine restaurant, but I’m always on the go, so having take out. Butter chicken with naan bread, medium spicy 🌶 🌶. S
The best Indian food I've had in Austin. It is not over priced at all and the food quality and quantity is really amazing! The breads were freshly prepared and the curries were so damn good. They served some delicious chutneys as well with the papad. If you like North Indian food definitely the plac
