This location is very well kept and has good customer service. The food was made to order and was made as requested. You can't ask for much more out of a fast food establishment.
I pass by this Whataburger every morning around 3am for work. I decided to stop by and get some breakfast today. I had the best experience with Edward, for someone that has been there since 10pm/overnight shift. He was very professional, efficient, and polite, wish it was more people like him and the world. Hope this review gets to your manager you deserve to be recognize. Keep it up Edward, Thanks again for your great customer service.
In at 12:30. Drive through was backed up and inside was pretty busy. But, they took my order quickly, staff was friendly and polite.
My order can out very fast. Got my usual triple meat without the bun grilled onions, and onion rings I’m place of fries.
Order was correct and food tasted great.
I would come again to this location.
There is an African-American gentleman who works here, and if I had gotten his name, I would have mentioned it. He has great people skills and leader skills, we wondered if he was the manager out their on his toes and not minding getting things done when he approaches the vehicles with food.

Came to this location during the busiest time of the day, and the manager Pavi was absolutely incredible to us. We had a little wait due to it being so busy and being short staffed, but it’s never really a problem for us to wait just a few minutes. Even so, he came and gave us some free cookies and apologized for the wait. If you are choosing whataburger to dine in, THIS IS THE ONE TO GO TO! 🤘
I understand a lot of places are short staffed these days and there may be a lot of new hires adding to the uphill battle of keeping up with busy parts of the day, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional
We ordered Dine In but got a To Go bag, and of the roughly ten groups we saw go through the line after us, two orders were wrong
Not a huge deal and things were fixed but I think the real issue may be management - it's rather awkward, sitting and eating while you hear someone barking orders and insisting on there being more communication in an annoyed tone
Who's going to want to communicate and coordinate when they're told to like that with a captive audience?
Overall experience wasn't bad but I can see there being a constant turnover with that kind of treatment

This whataburger stands out to me because the location is one of two in my vicinity and each one has it's pros and cons. Luckily none of my criticism is directed toward the quality of the food as this location is on par with most every whataburger I've ever tried and that's always tasty and fresh so my critique of this WB is just to note the occasional long ticket times I have waited on here at different times of the day.. mostly around certain times of day or night but mostly early in the morning between last call for local bars and 630 or 7am..
This Whataburger always has consistent quality, which is what I like about them. The frequency with which my order is wrong is much lower than other fast food places. The service is always fast but because they're so popular that's usually balanced out by a long line.
The burger buns are a little more stiff than I would like but the other ingredients seem to be top quality. The meat is always juicy and flavorful, the vegetables are solid and not wilting. Patty melt is king here, though the sweet and spicy bacon burger is also great. Pro tip: get it on Texas toast.
Breakfast is always done really well, it tastes like what you'd make at home. Biscuit and gravy, or breakfast on a bun are highly recommended.
If you want something lighter they do have some really good salads. The apple cranberry chicken salad has a lot in it so you'll get a good balance of everything.
The manager and assistant manager were there they were so polite and very helpful and funny. My dad was one of the first Sonic owners just went to say this crew went over the top Y'all are very good keep up the good work team!!!
I'd like to start by expressing my appreciation for the owner's genuine concern for their customers. During my recent visit to this whataburger, I unfortunately received the wrong order. However, upon reaching out to their customer support, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response from the owner himself within 24 hours. Not only did he sincerely apologize for the mix-up, but he also displayed great generosity in resolving the issue.
I got the sweet and spicy bacon burger. It was good but not great. However, the burgers are quite large which is a plus. Friendly service and convenient location. Oh and the fries are delicious.
