This place is so welcoming and a good vibe, even walking in at 9:45pm with a long line. Chris did a great job recommending me what dips to get and was very helpful for my first visit not knowing what the heck to get. T was fantastic with his customer service when cashing us out and had more good recommendations for add ons and toppings. The place looked really clean and found out the two cleaning to make the place look spotless are Lily and Carlos. Elena was very happy to help us with everything and did a great job cleaning the restaurant!
Just got Cava for dinner and wow was my experience amazing! Yen was so polite and generous with the portions and the food was fresh and delicious. T and Layla made sure everything was top tier and suggested new foods to try and Carlos made my check out quick and easy! Will definitely be coming back ASAP!

Jenny did an amazing job at helping me order when it was my first time being there. She was happy to help and did not seem annoyed like other customers. I will definitely bring my family and friends back due to Jennys help.
Amazing food and the staff is so incredibly kind! They accidentally messed up my order and insisted on remaking it or giving it to me free of charge! I got a grilled chicken and rice bowl and it was incredible. The pickled onions are a MUST.
So good! 😍 ordered the lentil avocado bowl! So delicious and rich in flavors. Very good price for the size of the portion!
I had such a great experience there !! Ari was so helpful ! I had no idea what to get and they described everything and were so patient with me. I would have been so lost with them. I don't think you'll see this but if you do thank you Ari! You made my day !! Definitely plan on going back :D

I love it here. I’ve been to most locations and this one is the best! They really load your bowl up with toppings!! Much love from the vita coco team!
The food was delicious and it has the same concept of some restaurants where you choose as you move in the food station queue or you can choose from pre-made options.
What I would like them to improve is use choose a compartmented bowls which can help in the food presentation.

The atmosphere of this cava was the best I’ve ever been to. All of the workers were super friendly and the customer service was amazing. The staff that helped me were T, Trinity, Melissa, Lina, Darien, Eva, Mike, Brandon. All of which made my experience amazing. Definetly recommend coming here, and of course the food is amazing too.
T ,Mike & Darlen had the best service and every time i come to THIS location specifically these wonderful CHEFS make the meal the best part of my day! thank you cava! always coming back here!

Today, I participated as a runner in a film shoot at UT. During peak hours, I placed a substantial order and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Lina at Cava. Her efforts ensured that the order was swiftly prepared exactly as requested. I can't speak highly enough about Cava, not only due to the delectable food but also because of the outstanding service. Lina, thank you immensely for making this experience so remarkable!

First time trying Mediterranean food and it was surprisingly good. The workers were very friendly and will help answers any questions you have. Special bonus is their soda fountain drinks and lemonades.
Been there twice now. First time they were nice, and helpful. We didn't feel rushed at all. It was a great experience that made us want to go again. The food was fantastic! Felt full, but didn't hate myself.
The second time I was just picking up an order and the staff were having personal conversations, and just seemed like they were trying to avoid helping me get my order that turned out was sitting at the end of the counter. All they had to do was make sure it was the correct name and I would be on my way, but everyone looked at me and walked away from the counter and continued to talk.
This hasn't deterred me from going there, but hopefully this was a one time thing and they will be a little more attentive to the customer in front of them
The build your own greens and grains bowl is my go-to. I usually get the kale mix with black lentils and brown rice and chicken as my protein. The food is always fresh and I've never left disappointed. The pita chips are amazing, especially when the chips are made to order. I really enjoy the food but it does seem a little pricey for a fast-casual restaurant. Attached is a photo of my bowl.
