Wow!!! This is one the best DQ I've been at, In the Austin Area, I didn't know that there's a Mayfield DQ and Regular DQ..Mayfield DQ sure has a different taste for the better...better food ...better ice cream....better service...and over all great experience...thanks Mayfield Family...
Amazing fresh tasting food 😋 the service at drive thru was awful!! We ordered our two meals and my boyfriend even asked if he'd gotten the second steak basket because he didn't see it up on the screen and guy rudely says yes and we get our 2 drinks , 2 blizzards, and my spicy strip basket and we were waiting for his steak basket and we get told that wasn't on the ticket! So we told the manager we'd ordered and asked if it was put on and we ended up having to wait in line long and paying for his meal. It was an awful experience definitely go in and order

It's not very often I take the time to review a dairy Queen but this is by far possibly the best and favorite of mine of all of Texas and that's saying something as I grew up with one out in West Texas panhandle area.
I have come to this location for nearly a decade and I can say every time they have done everything possible to keep staff who are top-notch top-quality make you feel like family do everything possible to keep the location clean the food and top-notch and a service the best!
Restrooms are always clean!

Lots of indoor seating and the environment makes you feel warm and welcome with TVs that show funny people doing funny things all the time as well as recognizing their staff and their favorite Blizzard flavors to get your dessert ideas going!
They even spotlight but they do for the community and the history of Dairy Queen!
This location also for some reason cooks with an oil that my stomach does much better with than most of the other Dairy Queens in town.
Also I cannot recommend enough how the staff keep this place feeling secure welcome and in almost every since like home away from home with convenient drive thru as well and well staffed to get you in and out quick!
This is a great Dairy Queen! The staff are friendly and helpful, the quality of the food is good and management really cares about customer experience. Also, I love that they’re always happy to accommodate my custom requests (churro cheesecake blizzard anyone?).
Thanks to Mayfield Dairy Queen's the choke hold on vanilla only ice cream has been broken! It s nice for chocolate lovers!
Always clean and with cheerful service every time! Crunchy DQ tacos are hard to beat.
I’m very excited that y’all have added cheese curds to your menu. They are super yummy and I have been coming back for more. The customer service was exceptional. I dined in and the restaurant was very clean. A+

Dairy Queen has always had my heart but this particular location makes every experience amazing. Let’s face it, our family mainly goes to DQ for the treats but it’s nice to know that the service is always perfect, whether it’s an ice cream cone stop, a quick dinner date, or picking up a cake order. All the staff are super nice and you can tell they love their job. The qualities that make this Dairy Queen the best around town are truly rare for fast food these days. Keep it up, Superstars. <3 your biggest fan.
Mayfield Dairy Queens are generally clean and friendly. The cook here really adds a lot of salt but they remade my order with no fuss. Thank you for the military discount.
I drove from one DQ to another and this Mayfield DQ was actually doing the promo on the hunger buster so I got one and a mint cotton candy blizzard. DQ never disappoints with the blizzard, I will say I enjoyed the burger it was juicy and filling. For a quick Texas treat and to beat the heat come stop by and get a bite!
Restaurant was clean and modern. I liked how the food was brought out to my table instead of having to wait around at the counter.
Staff was very friendly, and food was quite tasty.

A little hectic.
I waited over 5 minutes to order a blizzard after my meal. They were too busy to serve me...doing to go orders. I had to leave.
They have great staff and the tacos and pumpkin spice blizzard MMM 😋 good
