These Banh Mi are amazing. We also had the tacos where the tortilla reminds me of the texture of a fried wonton. We had the pork and the beef and both were just as juicy. I also had the leeches drink and it was refreshing.
Great Vietnamese food truck! The banh mi is great. If the bread was crispier it’d been perfect!
The iced coffee is pretty good too!
For the price you pay, under $10 for the banh mi, this is a steal!
This is by far the best combination fried rice I have ever tried in Austin. It includes grilled pork, grilled chicken, shrimp and egg roll. The owner is super friendly and always greet you with the best smile and awesome. customer service. Thai tea is also the best. 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
This is my second time visiting this place. The food is fresh and authentic. The flavor of the marinated meats is well done and just right. We had broken rice with grilled beef and shaking beef with french baguette. Highly recommended. Service was fast and staff was friendly.
I ordered delivery for lunch during work and it was amazing. The steamed bun sliders were fluffy and light with the most tender, flavorful pork and beef (pork is pictured, I ate both of the beef before I thought to take one). The Thai tea was just right, and the egg rolls were crispy and a nice size (not too big or overstuffed). I bet it's even better when you visit in person and I plan to do so in the near future.
One of the better sandwiches in town, definitely worth the drive. I have only had the BBQ Pork Banh Mi.. and the spring rolls. Both were great and paired well with the un-sweet tea. You are given a small pager to alert you when food is ready. Staff was great, and very helpful.
It is a food-truck style setup so you might have to eat in the car on a hot day. They do have a few picnic tables available nearby so if you dont mind the heat (or in cooler weather) that might be the way to go.
I particularly like the peanut sauce for the spring rolls a bit thicker, this one was a bit runny (loose), but the taste was still there. (It was just hard to keep on the spring roll) .
( Tip: If you are not getting anything specific , like vietnamese tea or boba , you can probabbly get a drink at the store next door while you wait for your order).
Perfect for a quick bite! The customer service is friendly, the food is phenomenal and the drinks are really tasty. I ordered the chicken and shrimp bowl with a fried egg, fried rice, my husband ordered the beef and pork bowl, fried rice. We also ordered the potstickers, a Thai tea with boba and Vietnamese coffee. Everything was 10/10. I highly recommend 😊
The banh mi bread was perfectly toasted and the meat inside was very flavorful. I did get the one jalapeño that was spicy to hell but that's not a bad thing. Overall of you are in the area and want a banh mi give this a try. It's solid and won't disappoint. I would not go too much out of my way however.
I ordered Kuways Banh me via delivery but even though I didn't go there and get it fresh, it was probably the best Banh Mi I have ever had. The veggies were fresh and the beef was cooked to perfection. My favorite part was the French loaf though. It was the perfect texture for the sandwich's content. Will recommend and will order again. Thanks.
This place is a hidden gem!!!! Me and my friends luckily discovered this food truck when we were getting some gas. Decided to try it out and they didn't disappoint us at all. The grilled meats were well marinated, super flavorful. Everything tasted soooo good, authentic! Plus, the flavored green tea was on point too, not too sweet, not too bitter, just go perfect with the food. Definitely will come back.
