I love the ability to roll your own. Being vegetarian, I get choices like no other place. Spicy mayo, tempura flakes, and sesame seeds are must-have toppings. They also have choices for folks with gluten free diets. The food is great, but the patient/careful service makes this my favorite sushi place.

Is definitely my choice for affordable sushi with a twist. I like creating my own mix of cream cheese, avocado, mango, and spicy tuna sushi. The place has always been clean, the orders handled efficiently, and staff willing to please on my visits.

The fish is always fresh and their wide variety of toppings and ingredients not found in the usual Asian restaurants make them unique. Service always happy albeit a little slow. Always tastes great. Wonderful for a cheaper alternative to a Sushi Bar.

Great location and prices. The California roll is awesome. The variety of sauces for the sushi is just what I need when having a sensitive stomach. How Do You Roll provides great food portions.

Fast, but not necessarily the cheapest. However, it is cheaper than the sushi at H-E-B. If you want to eat basic sushi, the cheapest place with fresh sushi is Buffet King. I like the business idea of being the "Subway" of sushi, but nothing here really blows me away. If you go for the premium rolls and you want it coated in panko, the roll will cost more than you wanted to spend. Charging a dollar for tempura flakes is for suckers.

This is the subway of sushi! Pick all your ingredients and your food is served up in an instant. Super affordable & yummy. But, beware of taking to go, since its made quick it doesn't good well on trips.

The staff here is awesome and happy to help you make sushi choices. The value is great and the sushi is yummy. Perfect if you want a sushi fix without all the pretentiousness of a sushi bar.

This is, of course, 4 stars on the fast food scale, not the foodie scale. But it's a pretty decent, above average option for fast food. The "make your own roll" concept is great, it allows you to customize with all your favorite bits.

So many options so CHEAP best food, service, and decor (fresh and hip hop) place to for both lunch and dinner... Make sure you ask to see if the raw fish is fresh if you are concern about the temperature and freshness. So addicting and so healthy and fast! =)

Such a great combination. Quality ingredients, cheap prices and completely customizable. If there's a better sushi deal around, I'm not aware of it.

Love, Love, Love! This is the perfect fix for any sushi fanatic. Around the same price for hundreds of options. I literally eat here at least once a week. Yes, at least. I'm obsessed!

This place really caters to the control freak in me. I get the same thing every time: tuna, avocado, asparagus, and cream cheese in seaweed with spicy mayo, eel sauce, sesame seeds, and chili powder on top. It makes me happy.

Made to order sushi? Sign me up. I love the atmosphere and being just down the street is extra incentive for me to drop in!
