I agree that it takes a little longer then a fast-food joint, but they do not claim to be one. You can expect the same wait time if you go to a Chili's/Jason's Deli/Etc...

This unassuming deli is literally a diamond in the rough. In one word,"fresh", is everything I love about the Carving Board. I go as often as I can, but not as often as I would like too!
I enjoyed having lunch at this deli many times and am so sad that they are now closed. They had some really good lunch specials at a reasonable price.
