The manager Kim is great! I made a delivery and doordash failed to notify us in a timely manner the driver could not deliver my food after all. She called to get me a refund and even though they were closing in a few minutes made me a pizza to go. She had great customer service and made sure I was still taken care of. Thank you Kim for your assistance!
The Gattis sampler can't be beat. Will drive to the other side of town for their pizza. Can't believe that they have closed so many stores around Austin. New York style,Chicago style are greasy slop.

Mr Gattis has been my pizza GO TO since the '80s. If you have not had Gatti's pizza, you are missing out. Skip the national chains and order Gatti's!!!!
When I order for pick up, the pizza has always been ready when I arrive 12 min later!!!
I really love Mr Gatti's Pizza. But I have to say if you aren't picking up your pie don't order from here. They use a delivery service and not in house drivers. You can tell that pizza is shelved for a while sometimes before the pick up. The delivery service drivers may decide to pick up another order at another restaurant or make a couple stops they already had before getting to you. You can tell they don't give to much about your pizza getting to you nice and hot. Just getting it to you while optimizing their routes to make the most money.
I don't exactly BLAME this location for this. I can imagine it's hard getting people to deliver pizza these days. But the people should know. So YES THE PIZZA IS GREAT. IT IS THAT CLASSIC MR GATTI'S PIZZA TASTE. But drive up there and pick it up yourself if you really want to enjoy it.
My favorite pizza chain, there’s just something about Mr Gattis if you are from Austin then you get it, will always love this pizza and it’s so nostalgic
The Pizza and Wings were great tonight. . We had a small issue when they first opened but they seem to have it together now. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks to Mark and the nice lady on the phone.
BIG shout out to Kim Hernandez, Steven Hernandez, and Brandon Morales!!!! These 3 came in on their day off to make over 50 pizzas for 200 RRISD CTE teachers!!!!! I can't thank them enough for their awesome customer service and dedication!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! The pizza was delicious!!!!
We eat a fair amount of pizza from this establishment. My son works here as well so we are a little biased. The pizza is always hot and fresh. We really like the pepperoni rolls.
Really appreciate the service and pies! They get slammed for orders especially in the evenings and they roll with it super well! The manager leads by example with great customer service which I know isn't always easy with a place this busy!
