Since Kim the new manger has taken over I swear to god this girl has brought this place up. Since the new hires, new equipment, etc. we felt so safe and good being here. I love being here now. She is the best decision you have ever made hiring
Pros: nice ambience. Drinks are decently priced. Good bar food, especially wings. Nice staff. Great pool tables. Jukebox that lets you buy the tunes you want to hear on an app. Back room with darts, more pool tables, and ping pong
Cons: lots of rachet clientelle, you really dont want to be here at closing time on a saturday. Always a couple wannabe cholos who want to start problems for no reason except that's just what they do.
Plenty of pool tables with APA league games throughout the week, free pool on Mondays, cash tournaments on Saturdays, and an energetic and attentive staff. With daily drink specials and various live games being shown on their (many) large screen TVs, you've got to check this place out. The kitchen also puts out great food, so you never have to leave ;)

Basic bar food and we were there on a Sunday morning. They were out of a few items and they serve basic bar food. What I had was made well. The bartender was great. The pool tables are clean and there are plenty of them.

When I checked this place out for the first time, I walked into a bustling pool hall, where the folks behind the bar were efficient and friendly. Drinks are reasonably priced for Austin. Tables are in very good condition. There are approximately nine 7-ft Diamond tables, eight 8-ft Brunswick Medalists, and what looked like two 9-ft Brunswick Gold Crowns in the main room, and three immaculately kept 9-footers with a ping pong table in the room on the other side of the bar. The folks shooting here seemed really friendly too. I played on one of the only available 8-footers for about an hour and the rails and cloth played true. I'll be back looking for a league and tournaments.
The bartenders are absolutely NOT rude. Katie is actually the best waitress I have ever met ever. Wonderful pool hall!

Only knock on this place would be the overall cleanliness. Still deserving of 5 stars. Keep it up. Maybe it’s time to host an event?
Solid pool hall. Good tables, most of the cues were straight, and everything is in good condition. I do think they have a few too many tables, as I often found myself nearly touching the table next to me when lining up shots. It wasn't super busy when I was there but if there was a group at that table next to us we would have been bumping into each other a lot for sure.
As for the bar, I was surprised by the quality of the food and cocktails. Bartender knew how to make proper versions of what we ordered, and I saw bottles that most places like this wouldn't have. The wings were great too. My only complaint with the atmosphere is their jukebox system allows some kind of pay-to-skip feature so songs would frequently just end in the middle when someone else payed to play their pick.
Really nice tables and atmosphere. Been going here for years in Austin. Definitely lots of history and great players in this place. Sunday and Monday free pool. Cold drinks and nice buffalo wings. Also has some other bar food. If you like big draft beers and lots of sports on the TV's, this is your place !
New guy Joe, 1st person behind the bar (in a while) that is a true bartender and just truly understands the people's needs!

Interesting pool hall. Good people really into the nitty-gritty of tournament pool.
Weekly. 8 ball and 9 ball . Full bar,televisions, 8 foot tables and 9 foot tables. One complaint on my visit; Turn up the damn music !!! Very unnerving to barely hear Bruce or BonJovi while shooting and drinking.
I play league here on Wednesday nights. Service is awesome, thanks Katie and Celina! Tables are okay...they've been revelry them one or two at a time here and there. There's new management and they've made several changes for the better. I wouldn't mind if they'd add more hooks for bags/cue holders.
Only down side for me is you go home smelling like fried bar food...but at least they have food there. A plus is that if you don't feel like eating fried bar food, there are several food options within walking distance.
