The crew got my customized order exactly right despite being extra slammed during their dinner rush. I didn't catch the managers name who handed our food off to us but she was really nice and took a moment to apologize/ thank us for waiting. All in all a good experience, definitely think everyone should have to experience a crazy rush behind the counter and be more understanding that workers deserve respect and kindness.
Taco bell never disappoints in terms of the range of food I like. Right from burritos, tacos, quesadilla, chalupa and my favourite Mexican Pizza, all these are having a flavor that stands apart. Also, I being a vegetarian, there are sufficient range of veggies items on the menus with different customization.
Food was fresh, customer service was great, very friendly and nice staff especially Mr. Tone! He upsaled me in a way I couldn't refuse! Y'all should give that man a promotion!! He deserves it!
Everytime I pick up through drive thru they are quick and food is always warm. Excellent taco bell service

No counter service to speak of they just stood around and waited for me to go to the machine to order our own meals. No cups were provided with the meal and they were ordered. Two different flavors of music over the restaurant atmosphere system playing at the same time. Almost no cheese on one of my crunchy tacos!
