The two men that served us were Indian, spoke perfect English, and helped a couple that spoke only Spanish. We really appreciate the diversity and how kind and patient they were even though it was late and they were obviously tired. The food was fresh and amazing.
I ordered 2 Footlong The Champ subs and I got the Worst service ever by a subway and greedy customer service. They are big RIP off. They don’t accept subway coupons saying this store don’t take these coupons which is valid till 08/20/2022. My visit is at 9PM and they guy at checkout denies the valid
The employee failed to follow instructions. I asked for mayo& spicy mustard, as well as B.P, S,O.O & V plus Sweet onion teriyaki sauce,with the entire garden on my ,"Spicy Italian" with extra meat & cheese!! To my dismay my sandwich is dryer than "Death Valley". Also no extra meat & cheese. Only let
This subway Location don’t have restrooms for the clients. They said that is happening by the Covid. It seems absurd to me since having good hygiene they can open it for the clients. Manager takes a look 👀 of this.
This place is NEVER open when they are supposed to be. This is the 3rd morning (3 separate occasions) we arrived and, the store hours are posted on the door as well as, online yet, they are closed. Extremely frustrating.
All the veggies weren't fresh worker tried convince me they were. You could tell tomatoes needed to be thrown out
This store doesn’t comply with posted hrs. I arrived 20mins before closing and the door was looked with 3 employees looking at me through the door.
Manager refuses coupons on their more expensive sandwiches even though the coupon has no exception on prices. So keep that in mind if you are going to use a coupon in this location. I’ve never had that happen in any other location in Austin before.
