I wish I could give them a 5 but giving 4 just because they are not consistent in what they provide. Wingstop is one of our favorite to enjoy our Friday night with a movie. We always go with a Combo wings which includes Cajun Classic wing, Lemon and Pepper Boneless wings , Cajun fries, lemon pepper fries and a coke.
This is the usual order we have been ordering every time. There is one thing that everyone needs to know before you order. If the person who is preparing your order is in a good mood then it’s a lucky day for you but if your order falls with the person who is on a bad mood then it’s a bad luck for you.
Yes. Almost everytime we get a very good one with a very good amount of sauce and good chicken wings. But occasionally we get very hard wings or blackened fries or very less sautéed wings. So those days we always regret for ordering.
It would be good if the management can take steps in providing a good one every time. If not your might start losing the customers.
Apart from that there is very big parking lot in front of Wingstop as it is located inside a complex and also the guys in store are friendly and good.
This is truly one of the best wing stop i have been too and i have been to many around austin. Everything about this place is perfect the customer service is always perfect they always make me feel comfortable and not like i’m annoying them and the food is always fresh and consistent the fries are always nice and warm they aren’t soggy like the other wingstops and jy favorite thing is how much sauce they put in the wings they aren’t dry like the other places. Me and my girlfriend have been always ranking m wing stops and this is truly the best one. Even when we are far away from here we make the drive just to receive this type of customer service and food service. That’s how amazing and perfect this wing stop is and every staff working there are truly the best of the best. I don’t think any other wing stop location can top this one. Truly the best of the best👌🏽.
We ordered online and it went through Door Dash. Door dash text and said they dropped the food so the order was canceled. I called Wing stop to see If door dash actually canceled or if they started order over. Door dash just canceled it. The managed AJ called door dash right away and while I was on hold had the order was being remade for delivery. I received updates consistently on how long it would take to make the wings and THE MANAGER HAND DELIVERED OUR ORDER!!!! AMAZING service when door dash ONCE AGAIN failed us. I have yet to receive the urgency and communication and effort to get my order completed correctly until tonight. Very happy and appreciative for how this incident was handled and how the team handled the issue with door dash
