Never open when its hours say they should be. The employees will close an hour or more early and sit in the lobby watching people drive around confused on why the works are standing inside with the lights off watching. These guys need to stop fabricating good drive thru times by making you wait at the speaker after you order. Just have people pull up. Their rushes would be over quicker and people would be served faster in the long run. Drive thru times don't matter if you're bottlenecking customers at the speaker.
Third time they forget something in my order. For the fact that it's busy when I go, and don't want to slow down the drive thru, I always leave home. Today I just got home and my order was incomplete and I've called serval times with no luck, they answered my last call and hung up.
