Amazing food! The chicken shawarma plate was delicious and authentic. (With Mediterranean pickles and garlic sauce!) Everything is homemade and the pita is perfect. I have never had better falafel. This is a true gem in Austin!

I ordered two gyro wraps from here and they were phenomenal. The lamb meat was tender, I love the tzatziki sauce, I usually don't like pickles but they actually complimented everything else in it. Their fries, and the seasoning they use on them, are great too. Fast and friendly service. Definitely recommend this place.

I had the Gyro wrap and a Greek salad. The lamb was super flavorful and the cucumbers on my Greek salad were so fresh. Finally, the tzatziki for the win!! I really wanted to go back and order a second one but the line was pretty long. So much for "best kept secret." Seems a lot of people were anxiously anticipating this new hot spot.

Finally, excellent Mediterranean food is available in Austin! Coming from Houston, I was spoiled with the selection of Middle Eastern restaurants I was used to frequenting- especially since it's my favorite type of food! I loved the shawarma wrap, the falafel and the baklava. The dolmas were delicious too. I can't wait to go back!

So Yummy!!! I went with my family & we all loved the food & the relaxed environment. We had the Chicken Shawarma & Falafel Plates; the combination of flavors (chicken, garlic, salad, fries) is a treat from Middle Eastern!! We'll be back soon!!!

I grew up on this type of food and lived in New York before living in Austin, and this food truck is 10/10. The ingredients are always fresh, the flavor combinations authentic while still being original. I feel like I'm eating back home. These guys really care about their food and it shows. UberEats gave me an award for being their #1 customer, so just wanted to sing their praises on Google Maps too.

Jads Mediterranean is owned and operated by a Rockstar who knows what they are doing! The green falafel was incredible, crispy on the outside, delicate on the inside, not to mention so flavorful. Thanks for the great date night!

I like to try different little food trailers that are all throughout Austin Itza a fun thing that I like to do I am from Austin born and raised and so seeing a bunch of options for a different genres of food know whether it’s text Max her cage and more Cheney‘s or barbecue homestyle there’s all kinds of different places and Jads actually I stumbled upon doing a Google search because I had tried Mediterranean food with a friend of mine from a different restaurant closer to where he lives in Pflugerville and I really really liked the chicken and lamb Shawarma so I’ll wait and search looking for my own food trailer a restaurant and I decided to try Jads and have loved it ever cents in my opinion because I’ve tried some other Mediterranean food trailers around Austin I would say Jads is ultimately the best out of all of them chicken is tender and juicy the rice is just so good the lamb and is really really taste for I haven’t tried some of the other things but I plan to I’m on top of that jazz always makes me feel like a favorite customer because he takes care of his customers he’s friendly outgoing and is a good dude!

Truly enjoying this meal, highly recommended for freshness and flavor. My boyfriend and I live in the building above the food truck park and never even tried this place before! Incredible halal/Mediterranean dish. I specifically asked for the Philly cheesesteak with no bread or fries, just the inside trimmings. (A keto version). Blew me away. Great customer service as well. Do not hesitate to visit this food truck in East Austin, such a wonderful and surprising delight.
